The relationship between People’s Minds and Meteorological Phenomena

Talking about “The Relationship between
Meteorological Phenomena and People’s
Minds” from a general point of view,
basically, if people live with Good Intentions,
do Good Deeds well, and are stable,
the Weather will be also stable.
Meteorological Phenomena are the
Mirror that reflect People’s Minds.
On the other hand, if People’s Minds are
confused, evil minds increase, and anxiety,
distrust, suspicion, turmoil, confrontation,
war, etc. increase, Meteorological Phenomena
will also be unstable.
The relationship between the two is as
above.

There is a lot of data to support this,
but let me give you two examples.

One is a joint study by Associate
Professor Marshall Burke of Stanford
University and Professors Solomon
Hsiang and Edward Miguel of
the University of California, Berkeley,
which was recently published in the
US scientific journal Science.
The data shows that when the standard
deviation value  increases by 1,
the frequency of social disturbances
jumps by nearly 15%. (1)

In this, the meaning of the
“Standard Deviation Value increases
by 1″ is that the temperature of the
weather shows a larger deviation than
the normal average value.
In other words, it is an index that
indicates an increase in the rate of
Extreme Heat or Cold occurring 
throughout the year.
“As the deviation value rises, the rate
of people’s anxiety, turmoil and social
confusion” increases by 15%.”
That is their data.

Looking at this from the opposite
perspective, it is possible to view that
“Because people’s anxiety and turmoil
will increase, Weather Phenomena
begin to show extreme Heat and Cold,
and the frequency of heavy rains, floods,
and droughts will increase.”
Therefore, this data matches what I just
said above now:
“If People’s Minds are confused, evil minds
increase, and anxiety, distrust, suspicion,
turmoil, confrontation, war, etc. increase,
Meteorological Phenomena will also be
unstable.
Conversely, if good minds increase in
people’s hearts, weather phenomena will
stabilize.

Why can be such a “Reverse Perspective/
Order” established ?
This is because meteorological
observation equipment cannot measure
till people’s minds.
Therefore, in the case of academic
research and scientific papers,
generally, as three professors announced,
it is publicly announced in the order
of “Weather change first, then later,
people’s anxiety increased and
social confusion occurred.”
That’s fine for academic research
and scientific papers.

However, if you take a closer look,
you can see in fact, that some kind
of change occurs in people’s minds first,
such as anxiety, distrust, suspicion,
and turmoil. And later, there will be
visible changes in phenomena such as
climate change. That’s the actual order.

The human mind is likened to
the bottom of the sea, where change
takes place quietly and without being
conspicuous. And that later manifests
itself as a change on the surface of
the sea.
“The relationship between people’s
minds and meteorological phenomena”
is the same as this.

(1) What is the standard
     deviation value?
One of the important indicators
for measuring Weather or
Meteorological Conditions.
For example, if today is 77 degrees,
tomorrow is 81 degrees, and
yesterday was 73 degrees,
the average temperature for the
three days is 77 degrees. Also, if
today is 77 degrees, tomorrow is
104 degrees, and yesterday was
50 degrees, the average temperature
for the three days is still   77 degrees.
In both cases, the average
temperature is 77°C, but
the contents are very different.
In the latter case, the rate of
deviation of yesterday’s and
tomorrow’s temperatures from
the average temperature of
77 degrees is much greater than
that in the former. This rate of
deviation is the deviation value.
Usually, the average temperature
of the past 30 years is calculated, 
and the current climate change
deviation value (Deviation value
from the average temperature)
is measured by comparing it.
At present, where climate change
is intensifying due to global warming,
the deviation value (Standard
deviation value) from the standard
average temperature is considerably
large and rising.

El Nino phenomenon

The second example is the
“El Niño phenomenon”.
There is the data showing “When El Niño
occurs, the frequency of weather-related
disasters and social disturbances
increases.”

The El Niño phenomenon is a climate
change phenomenon observed in the
tropical Pacific Ocean.
It is a phenomenon in which the sea
surface temperature is higher than
normal from the Pacific Ocean near
the equator to the coast of South
America every two or three years,
and it lasts for about a year.
When an El Niño occurs, it causes
droughts and cool summers in many
parts of the world, and it can lead to
a reduction in the yield of agricultural
and fishery products, water shortages
and other life-threatening disasters
in some regions.

The impact of the El Niño phenomenon
varies from country to country.
According to a British Financial
Times article dated July 31, 2023,
when it occurs, heavy rains will hit the
Pacific coasts of Peru and Ecuador,
and drought will hit parts of Colombia
and Chile.
Also, Brazil will experience more rain
in the South and less rainfall in the
North. As a result, the vegetation in
the Amazon rainforest dries out and
fires are more likely to occur.

Regarding the relationship between
the “El Niño phenomenon and
people’s minds” too, if we change
our perspective, it can be said:
“If people’s mental hesitation and
evil minds increase, and anxiety,
distrust, doubt, turmoil, confrontation,
war, etc. occur frequently,
Meteorological Phenomena will also
become unstable, and El Nino will
occur.”
But on the contrary, if people’s minds
are stable, goodness increases, and
society is peaceful and prosperous,
even if El Niño occurs, its impact will
be end temporarily and you will be
able to limit its impact to a minimal
level.

The same can be said for about the
“Cold Wave, Heavy Snow, and
Heavy Rain for the first time
in 30 years” that occurred in
California and the Midwest from
the end of 2022 to February 2023.
Even though they were extraordinary
Severe Cold, people have been able
to use them to solve Drought and
Water Shortages that was caused
by California’s long years hot
summers.

In conclusion, “To increase Goodness
and the Good Hearts in people’s minds”
becomes the key to achieving Stable
Weather.
Also, in order to enable improvements
like California above, there needs to be
state that the “Goodness and
the Good Hearts” are increasing in the
hearts of people and citizens to the last.

The reason why the Law of
Origin becomes needed

However, a good heart can be
defeated by an evil heart.
And people’s good hearts can be
weakened throughout society.
Then, according to the above
definition, Meteorological
Phenomena in the phenomenal
world will become unstable, and
disasters, droughts, and
water shortages may occur.

Therefore, we must always
strengthen and stabilize people’s
Good Hearts.
Actually, that’s why the Law of
Origin is for.

Why do we need the Law of
Origin?
It is necessary in order to
strengthen the good deeds and
hearts of people.
It becomes necessary in order to
strengthen the good minds and
actions of individuals (citizens),
and make their effects to reach
every corner of society and the
natural world, including the
Weather.
