Auroras appeared all over the world

Bon-nō (Desire) is deeply connected
to the Issue of Good and Evil.
So, in what state is Bon-nō – that is,
Fundamental Bon-nō’s Greed, Anger,
and Grumbles – Evil?
Also, in what state are they Good?

Basically, we can say the following:
When Greed, Anger, and Grumbles
appear largely, it is an Evil Way.
The Evil Way is an Unstable Mind.
If Greed, Anger, and Grumbles appear
largely, and the Instability of the mind
increases, it often leads to Evil and
the Evil Way.

Conversely, when greed, Anger, and
Grumbles appear less and when
Good Hearts are appearing a lot,
it is a Good Way.
The Good Way is a Stable Mind.
When your mind is stable,
you will enter the Good World and
the Good Way.

From this, “From ‘The mind has
a Stability’, the Good Way arises and
the Good World appears.”  
Conversely, “From ‘The mind has
an Instability’, the Evil Way arises
and the Evil World appears.

Question

However, there are Evil people in
the world who are mentally stable.
How do you interpret that fact?

Also, there are good, wealthy, and mentally
stable people who use their high status
and wealth to do Evil and Wrongdoing.

Answer

That is true —
However, even if an evil person’s mind is
stable, it is only temporary.
It will not last long.
When their wrongdoing is exposed by
the law, the mind of the Evil person will
become unstable.

Second, when it comes to the case
where you say that “someone with Status,
Power, or Wealth” does wrongdoing,
it can be said as follows:

In the minds of the “People with
High Status, Power, and Wealth,”
the Bon-nō of Greed, Anger, and
Grumbles rarely arise.
Therefore, they do rarely Evil.
Many of them are covered with
a Solid mind of Goodness.

For example, look at the Way
of Life in the middle class of
American people. They are Diligent,
virtuous, polite, live modest lives,
and are earnest and good-natured.
These virtues are worthy of praise.
Also, most of these will probably
stem from their Religious Beliefs
as well.

However, even in their minds,
Bon-nō sometimes arises.
That Bon-nō is rarely the Fundamental
Bon-nō of Greed, Anger, and Grumbles,
but another form of Bon-nō that are
‘Prejudice‘, and ‘Wrong and Evil views‘.
These are called the Perspective
Bon-nō, which is the “Bon-nō that arises
in Human Perspectives and Thoughts.

When these things arise a lot in their
hearts, as you say, they may use their
Status (High Position, Power, Wealth)
and may do wrongdoing or evil.
(Of course, it’s only a small part of
the whole people do so.)
For instance, even if a person has
Status and Wealth, they can do
wrongdoing if they have
a Wrong View (2) in their mind.

（2）A Wrong View —
A way of looking at things or
thinking based on a wrong or
evil view of Causality. In Chinese
Character, it is “邪見 Ja-Ken”.

Also, these Bon-nō can cause War.
When a Leader with great power has
excessive Wrong Views and
Prejudice, they can start Wars of
Aggression.
In the case of War Leaders, their
Prejudice and Wrong Views dominate
“Greed, Anger, Arrogance, Doubt, etc,
of the Fundamental Bon-nō”,
control them, and cause Aggression to
expand.

(Two Types of Bon-nō)

From the above, there are two types
of Bon-nō.
The first is the Fundamental Bon-nō
that consists of “Greed, Anger,
Grumbles, Arrogance, and Doubt.”
The other one is the Perspective
Bon-nō, which enters into people’s
Perspectives and thoughts, such as
“Prejudice, Wrong views, and
Evil views” as mentioned above.

The Perspective Bon-nō often exists
in the minds of people of high status
and those in leadership positions.
In contrast, the Fundamental Bon-nō 
exists widely in the minds of all citizens.

This classification is important,
so please remember it.
I will talk about it later again.

The Dividing Point between
the Good and Evil Way is
“Stability of Mind”

From the above, we can conclude
that the Dividing Point between the
Good World and the Evil World is
“Stability of Mind.”

So how are good and ordinary people
gaining “Stability of mind”?
The reasons and methods to gain
Stability of mind vary from person
to person.

Some people achieve Stability
of Mind because they maintain
Good Health.
Some people achieve Stability
of Mind because their economy
is stable.
Some people achieve Stability
of Mind because they can win
the continuation of victory.
Also, some people achieve
Stability of Mind by Disciplining
their lives and becoming Diligent,
Polite, and Virtuous.
Also, people’s minds become more
Stable when there is more fairness
in society overall, and
less discrimination.

In the case of the “Law of Origin
(Myō-Hō)”, by performing Acts of
Mercy and Wisdom along with
the Law of Origin, you will fulfill
the Victory in Life.
Also, it supports your “Way of
Good Life.”

As a result, your mind will become
Stable. And this will lead to
the expansion of “Your World of
Goodness.”
