Now, I set up one Q&A in my last
article, and I’ll start from
that ‘Answer’ in this article.

That’s right.
If we completely reject the
“Self of Disease”, that is, “The way
of thinking or perspective that
prioritizes the strong”, we would
be denying an important part of
Humanity.
Therefore, Humanity cannot
completely deny the “Self of Disease.”

To be more specific:
On one side, this “Self that prioritizes
the strong” may cause war and
conflict. On the other hand, if it can be
controlled by laws and rules,
it can work for good.

Therefore, in order to control the
“reckless behavior and violence of
the strong,” human society has used
various ingenuity and wisdom,
created laws and rules, and enacted
a variety of laws, including
international law.
These laws are still used today to
avoid war and conflict.
However, the reality is that wars
continue to occur.

● I will show you a Fundamental
Solution to this problem.

What the “Self of Disease” sets at the
top of “The Strongest” is always
a Great Force, a Powerful Person, or
a Military Weapon. Or it could be the case
that it is Economic Power or Information
Power.
In other words, the “Self of Disease”
always sets the “Stronger” or the
“Superior” at the top and pursues it.
And then they take Action.

Therefore, in order to solve this
problem, the “Self of Disease” just sets
“Buddhist-nature” at the top of the
strongest.
That’s the Conclusion.

Buddha-nature manages the Entire
Phenomenal World.
Also, Buddha-nature exists in all phenomena
in the Phenomenal World and manages
all the treasures within it.
It is a Treasure Trove of treasures.
As I mentioned in a previous article.

If the “Self of Disease” desires these
treasures, it needs to perform Acts of
Mercy and Wisdom and devote itself to
the happiness of Citizens.
Also, it needs to do Good Deeds.
By doing so, it will be able to obtain these
treasures.
Conversely speaking, if the “Self of Disease”
continues to wage war and reckless conflict,
it will no longer be able to obtain
the treasures that the “Self of Disease”
possesses.

Through such experiences,
“The Self of Disease” will come to truly
understand the immense power and
value of Buddha-nature.

Question

However, “The Self of Disease” (The self
that prioritizes the Strong) often has
a strong Desire for Control.
Wouldn’t they feel disgust and
repulsion when the “Self of Disease”
hears that “Buddha-nature and the
Law of Origin manage the Entire
Phenomenal World”?

Answer

I’ll answer your Question from
three perspectives.

1.　The Self of Disease” is a “Grumble Self”

The first point:
“The Self of Disease” (the self that
prioritizes the Strong) is basically
“Grumble Self.”
In other words, the “Self of Serious
Disease,” that is, “The Self of the law
of the jungle” often starts and ends
with a grumble, whether they win or lose.
However, if the “Self of Disease” sets
Buddha-nature at the top of the strongest,
exerts Wisdom, and Acts, they will
no longer end in “grumble.”
In that case, they will end not in grumbles,
but in the form of “understanding” or
“satisfaction.”

2.　Treasure exists when Buddha-nature,
　　Wisdom, and Action are all present

The second point:
I said above, “The Self of Disease should
set Buddha-nature at the top of the
strongest.”
However, in reality, Buddha-nature alone
is not enough to obtain treasure.
In reality, in addition to Buddha-nature,
two other things are required:
“Wisdom that works on Buddha-nature”
and “Action to achieve the goal.”
So, in order to draw out the Treasure
of Buddha-nature, these three things
must come together. In other words,
when these three things come together,
the Treasure exists.
Why?
Why are all three necessary?
It’s for the following reasons:

①
Buddha-nature alone is just
a state where there is a Treasure
Trove alone, and you cannot take
out the treasure.

②
Even if you have Wisdom, that is,
the “Hands to take out the treasure,”
you still cannot take out the treasure
without the Treasure Trove.

③
By ① and ②, even if you were able to
take out the treasure, the treasure
gives no Value or Effect without
Action.
About ③, particularly, let me discuss
through an example.
In an Automobile Manufacturer,
even if there is the Company’s main
body (Buddha-nature) and the
Blueprints for a good car (Wisdom),
the company cannot make a Profit
without the Action of making the car
(Manufacturing process).
It is the same as that.

So why did I say, “Buddha-nature alone
should be set at the top of the strongest”?
That’s because, while many of the
present people today possess ② and ③
but, about ①’s Buddha-nature, it is largely
unknown among them. Its existence is not
even to be aware of.

However, the existence of Buddha-nature
(The existence of Treasure Trove) is
important to guide your Wisdom and
Actions.
If you have a Treasure Trove, your Wisdom
and Action will not become stuck in the
future, no matter you are in any situations.
For this reason, I have placed at the top
what the present people lack most,
and said that “Buddha-nature should be
set at the top of the strongest.”

3. Law never behaves of its own
　 volition, using the things and powers
　 it dominates and manages.

The third point is–
Your Question was as follows:
“Since the people of the ‘Self of
Disease’ often have a strong desire
for control, wouldn’t they feel disgust
and repulsion toward the law that
manages the Entire Phenomenal
World, that is, Buddha nature?”

However, since Buddha-nature is also
Law, it never acts by its own volition
using the power or things that
it manages, for some purpose.
(Buddha-nature is also the main body
of the Law of Origin, so it sometimes
appears as Law.)
Law, in general, whether any law, never
behaves for its own purposes, using the
things and powers it dominates and
manages.
Therefore, there is no need for
“Self of Disease” to feel disgust or
compete toward the law.

For example, in the world of sports —
let’s say a soccer match — the actions of
the players are all managed by the “Rules
of soccer, that is, the Law.”

However, the Rules of soccer, that is, the law
itself, never root for one team or the other.
Therefore, there is no need for
“Self of Disease” to feel disgust or
compete against the law.
It’s the same as that.
( Of course, it is different if the rules
are unfair.)
