why the Russian army’s “invasion of
Ukraine” is illegal in the light of
international laws.
The main reason Russia’s invasion
of Ukraine is illegal is that it violates
the Charter of the United Nations,
which is called “The Constitution of
the United Nations.”
That is, it violates the item of Article
2.4 of the Charter of the United
Nations, “Prohibiting the threat or
use of force by the state’s force.”
The Charter of the United Nations is
a valuable International Law which
was established to prevent humankind
from causing such tragedy again in the
wake of the unprecedented tragedy of
World War II and the sacrifices of tens
of millions of people.

In addition, regarding “The invasion
of Ukraine” by Russia this time,
a Resolution was submitted at
the United Nations Security Council
on February 25, which was containing
that “Russia should immediately stop
the use of force against Ukraine and
withdraw all troops immediately,
completely and unconditionally.”
However, the resolution was rejected
by Russia’s own veto exercise.
Because the Security Council resolution
could not be adopted, the United Nations
Emergency Special Session was held
at the request of the Security Council
on February 28. There, a 16-item
resolution entitled “Invasion of Ukraine”
was presented and adopted by the
overwhelming majority of 141 in favor,
5 against and 35 abstentions.
In addition, Russian military attacks
destroyed houses, schools, hospitals,
etc. in various parts of Ukraine, killing
and injuring many civilians.
Indiscriminate attacks on these private
facilities and civilians are serious
violations of international
humanitarian law.
Also, in the suburbs of the Ukrainian
capital, Keif (kyiv), the massacre of
Ukrainian citizens by Russian troops was
discovered, and it was extremely terrible.
About that, an investigation by
the International Criminal Court has

However, Russia is not a member of the
International Criminal Court. Therefore,
even if convicted there, President Putin
and the Convicted Russian soldiers will
not be punished.
But if they enters a country that is
a member of the International Criminal
Court, they will be arrested immediately.
In response to these facts, on April 7th,
the United Nations Human Rights Council (1)
has adopted a resolution with a majority
favor of suspending Russia’s
qualifications.
As a result, Russia has virtually been
suspended from qualification in the
United Nations Human Rights Council.
President Zelensky claimed that it was
an “important step.”
President Biden also stated that it was
a “significant step.”
On the other hand, the Law of Origin,
which manages all phenomena in the
phenomenon world, supports to the last,
the international laws of human society
and the decisions and judgments made
from them.
Therefore, if someone does the required
good deeds under the Law of Origin
and the power of the Law of Origin is
exerted, the support for them by this
law will surely appear in the real world
of phenomena.
