First, let’s talk about the Law of Origin.
It’s basically the law like the follow:
・The Law that penetrates the
origin of all phenomena world.
・The law that governs
all phenomena’s “Creation and
Annihilation” and their movements.
・The fundamental law of all laws
that exist in this world.
The greatest feature of the Law
of Origin is that because this law
reaches the origin of a phenomenon
world and is penetrating there,
it can freely move and rearrange
all phenomena.
“Penetrate the origin of
a phenomenon world” is such
a meaning.
If you draw out the power of
the Law of Origin and use its
power for achievement of
the goals that you are aiming for,
it will be possible to move
all the movements of phenomena
in the direction of achievement of
your goals by using that law’s power.
In other words, if you use this Law,
you can use all phenomena as
your Tailwind and Support.
Therefore, the goal will certainly be
fully realized.
However, in order for an individual
to make the power of the Law of
Origin to be exerted and use it,
he (or she) have to perform two acts
of “Mercy and Wisdom.”
That is the Act ① and Act ②’s Mercy
and Wisdom action.
So what are “The Mercy action”
and “The Wisdom action“?

First, let’s talk about the act of Mercy.
The act of Mercy is “The act of
sending Mercy to all living existence.”
Mercy has two meanings:
“Give comfort and remove suffering.”
As a specific practice, the Mercy
action is achieved by thinking and
believing strongly
“Send Mercy to all living existence”
in your heart.
Also, it can be achieved by thinking
and believing strongly
“Send Mercy to all things”
in your heart.
The former “Send Mercy to all living
existence” leads to also sending
Mercy to “All non-living existence.”
Because, there is the fact that
all living existence coexist with
non-living existence (materials
or energy).
Mercy action is also accomplished
by sending Mercy to one certain
individual. For instance, you can
achieve it by thinking and believing
in your heart,
“I wish for the increase of this
person’s Good Luck”
to the people and customers
you interact with in your life and
work place.

Next, when you work on the Law
of Origin with such an act of Mercy,
why the power of the law is exerted?
That is because that the essential
characteristic of the Law of Origin
is originally Mercy. This is the same
as the essence of a phenomenon
world is Mercy.
For instance, when looking at the
progress of the “Food Chain” and
“Preservation of Species” in nature,
there is an appearance of Mercy
in nature that many animals and plants
support the lives of other creatures
by their own Death.
Individually, it has the cruel side of
“The law of the jungle,” but as a whole,
it reveals “The Appearance of Mercy”
that Species of each animal and plant
are preserved.
In Africa and elsewhere, if herbivores
do not become food for carnivores
with their own death, the number
of herbivores will increase too much
and the species will be extinct.
Even animals and plants offer their
deaths and act Mercy in this way,
and preserve other species of life,
preserve their own species, and
contribute to the sustenance of
the whole.
Even more so, if a human having
a heart, is deeply conscious of it
in his (or her) heart and send mercy
to all living existence, and also,
if they perform Mercy action such
as “Wishing for the increase of
Good Luck” of people whom they
come in contact with every day,
human can match with Mercy,
which is an essential characteristic
of the Law of Origin, and the power
of this law will be exerted.
That is the principle.

Secondly, let’s talk about the act
of Wisdom. The act of Wisdom is
achieved by reading the correct
information about the Law of Origin
well, thinking it well, understanding
it well, and telling about it others well,
etc.
The important point is that
if you read the information of the
Law of Origin well, think it well and
understand it well, Wisdom will surely
be exerted. The wisdom of “The act
of wisdom” here refers that Wisdom.
That is to say, only by the power of
such wisdom can you emit a profound
and powerful Mercy heart.
That is the “Relationship between
Mercy and Wisdom.”
The information of the Law of Origin
can be found in Lotus Sutra,
the scripture of the Law of Origin
(Myō-Hō).
In the scripture, the Law of Origin is
called Myō-Hō.
However, in order to properly read
and understand this scripture,
you need a correct manual.
The correct manual means the
manual explained under the premise
that “Lotus Sutra is the scripture that
the Law of Origin was preached.”

Next, it’s about why the power of
the Law of Origin is exerted when
Wisdom action is performed.
The basic reason for this is
because a Superior Wisdom action
is a Superior Mercy action.
I just said above, “The act of Wisdom
is the act of reading well, thinking well,
understanding well the ‘Correct
information about Myō-Hō (the Law of
Origin),’ and telling about it the other
well.”
Also, the act of writing about the
information, explaining it to others, or
printing it out also becomes an act of
Wisdom.
Doing any one of them is also an act
of Wisdom.
Why are these acts of Wisdom
acts of Mercy?
For instance, if you organize and
print the correct information about
the Law of Origin and leave it as data,
it will remain for a long time in the future.
And 1 year later, 10 years later, 100 years
later, 1000 years later, those who read it
will know “The existence of the Law
of Origin” from that information.
Also, from that information, they will
learn how to exert the power of the Law
of Origin, etc, perform Mercy and
Wisdom action, make the power of
the Law of Origin to be exerted, and
they will resolve various internal and
external problems.
In this way, these acts of Wisdom lead
to the supreme Mercy that supports
and sustains human society over
thousands of years.
Therefore, these acts of Wisdom are
consistent with the essential
characteristic of the Law of Origin,
“Mercy,” and the power of this law is
exerted. It is such principle.

In that case, the power of the Law
of Origin will not be exerted unless
it is worked on by your own act of
Mercy and Wisdom.
In other words, it always must be
“you” to do the act.
This is another major principle of
this law.
The Law of Origin exists one for
every citizen, but in practice,
the power of this law will not be
exerted unless you practice it
yourself.
The power of the Law of Origin may
be exerted when others practice it,
but the power and effect of the Law
of Origin exerted by others follows
the practice of your Mercy and
Wisdom. In this sense, your practice
of Mercy and Wisdom is in the center
and you are the only owner of the
Law of Origin.
Even if, in a world hundreds or
thousands of years from now, almost
all citizens knew of the existence of
the Law of Origin and used it,
this principle does not change.
You are the sole owner of the Law
of Origin.
