How concretely does
the Buddha-nature balance out
biased Weather Phenomena?
The natural world is originally
composed of Four Elements:
Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind.
These four basic elements that make
up the natural world are appearing in
the phenomenal world in the following
ways.
Earth is Solid, water is a variety of
Liquids, fire is the action of Heat, and
wind is the Wind force that carries
Cold Air or Heat Waves.
Each of these four elements has
different properties and functions, so
they interact with each other, change
things and move phenomena in various
ways.
When the Buddha nature of the natural
world corrects the “Biased Weather
Phenomena,” it skillfully uses the effects
of these four elements to correct it.
Question
I understand the idea that earth, water,
fire, and wind are the four elements of
nature, but they are not the ultimate
elements.
Further down, there are elements and
molecules at the chemical level such as
oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon, and even
further down, the ultimate world of atoms
and atomic nucleus exist.
Why do you only emphasize Earth, Water,
Fire and Wind?
Answer
In the substances that make up the
phenomenal world, there are different
hierarchies depending on their size.
(Image 2 below)
As you say, the “Ultimate World”
discovered by current science is,
the world of atoms, nucleons and
elementary particles, etc. inside the
nucleus.
When research is carried out at this
hierarchical level, it is when you extract
Nuclear Energy, etc. Alternatively,
it is when you recreate the initial state
of the universe by discovering new,
unknown particles, and conduct
research to uncover the origins of
matter, etc. (1)

The device accelerates
Electrons and Protons to
the speed of light, putting the
particles into a high-energy state
and causing them to collide
with each other. At that time,
new particles may be created,
and it can be achieved by
precisely observing them.

is CERN’s “LHC (Large Hadron
Collider)” located on the border
of France and Switzerland.

For instance, in space technology,
the propellant materials for rockets
that fly through oxygen-free space,
and the heat-resistant outer wall
materials and coolants used by
Space Shuttles to enter the
atmosphere, are the products
developed at this Hierarchical Level.
