About the two types of “The Ten Myō”

About the two types of
“The Ten Myō”

I have explained so far
“The Ten Real Myō.”
However, there are actually
two types of the Ten Myō.
(Table below)
The Ten  Real Myō and
The Ten Trace  Myō.

What I have been talking about
so far is “The Ten Real Myō.”
“The Ten Real Myō” is The Ten Myō
that was preached with summarizing
the Buddha’s Border.”
On the other hand, “The Ten Trace Myō”
is
The Ten Myō that was preached with
summarizing G
eneral World.”
The table above is the contents of both.

First, as can be seen from the table
at glance, “The Ten Real Myō that was
preached with summarizing the Buddha’s
Border” has “Real” on its head, but
“The Ten Trace Myō” has nothing on
its head.
If it has “Real” on its head, it’s called
The Ten Real Myō,” and if it has nothing,
it’s called “The Ten Trace Myō.”

What does this mean?
Also, why is “The Ten Myō that was
preached with summarizing General
world” called “The Ten Trace Myō“?

In considering that reason,
let’s start by talking about why
“The Ten Real Myō” is called “
Real.”
The reason why the Ten Real Myō
is called “Real” is because that is
“The Ten Myō” that uses the power
of the Law of Origin and move
all phenomena in phenomenon
world to accomplish things.
As I said in my previous article,
you can make the power of the
Law of Origin to be exerted and
move all phenomena in  phenomenon
world to the direction of achieving
your goals.
Therefore, your goal will surely be
fully realized.

Thus, The Ten Real Myō is called “Real
because “it is The Ten Myō that really
achieves the happiness or success
of a person.”
It is also “The Buddha’s Border” that
can do that.
Therefore, The Ten Real Myō is
“The Ten Myō that was preached by
summarizing the Buddha’s Border.”
*
On the other hand, The Ten Trace Myō,
that is “The Ten Myō preached by
summarizing General World” does not
necessarily use the Law of Origin.
In general world, when people achieve
some goal, they achieve it by moving
only the part of phenomena or events.
Therefore, The Ten Trace Myō is
“The Ten Myō that was achieved by
moving the part of phenomena.”

Because of these differences, when
you move all phenomena, it is called
Real,” and when you move only the
part of phenomena, it is called “Trace.”
*
In that case, the part of phenomena
originally are arising from
all phenomena.
In other words, the body of Real and
Trace is the same
phenomena itself.
Therefore, the difference between
Real and Trace is only “whether all of
phenomena or the part of them.”
This difference is best described by
the terms Real and Trace
(genuine and its copy),
 so they are
used.

The Key Role of
The Ten Trace Myō

However, even if saying Trace (copy),
it does never mean that it is not
important. The relationship between
Real and Trace is also the relationship
between “The Real thing and the
footprints left by the Real thing.”

If you write Trace in Chinese character,
it is ““, which means ‘footprint‘.
It is about the footprints that the Real
thing passed, and if you follow the
footprints, you can reach the Real thing,
and you can reveal the Real thing.
Traces have such an important role.
*
This important role of Trace arises from
the fact that the body of Real and Trace
is
the same phenomena itself“, which was
mentioned above.
Because the main body of both is the
same, it comes to be possible that
“You can follow the footprints (Trace)
of the main body and reach the Real.”
This is actually Trace’s most important
role and mission.
In other words, if you use Trace,
you will definitely be able to reach
Real (=The Buddha’s Border) by
following that Trace, and reveal Real.

Now let’s think about it the other way
around.
Can you follow only Real and reach
to Real, without Trace (footprints)?
It is in fact extremely difficult.
In other words, it is difficult to
understand or realize “The Ten Real
Myō” without studying “The Ten Trace
Myō” well.

Let’s talk about this with an analogy.
This actually means the same thing
as the following question:
“Can you spot the target ‘Bear‘ in wide
mountains or jungles without any traces?”

The next story is what is actually
happening in Japan.
Now in a region in the north of Japan,
Hokkaido, since one bear devoure
livestock, many hunters hunt around
to find that bear.

However, bears have a sense of
smell that is dozens to hundreds of
times stronger than dogs
, so even if
a professional hunter sets a trap,
the bears will escape if there is
even the slightest hint of human
scent.
Therefore, the bear has not yet
been found.
A hunter says, “Finding such a bear
is like finding an insect in a vast
jungle.”

However, even such bear, if you
follow its footprints, you’ll be able
to find it.
It is the same.
If you follow “The Ten Trace Myō”,
you will be able to reach “The Ten Real
Myō
= The Buddha’s Border” in
the truest sense, and you will be
able to manifest it.

So, in this article, “About the two
types of the Ten Myō“, I will explain
in detail about “The Ten Trace Myō,”
and by doing so, I would like to make
possible to reach the Ten Real Myō
that is, “The Buddha’s Vast Border“.
