The power of the law to expand the power of citizens’ goodness (Full Text)

The attitude that Kim Jong-un chairman 
greeted President Moon Jae-in with a big 
welcome, can be regarded as a strong 
desire and intention to “Build a peaceful 
society” on the North side.
One of the things to notice in this visit of 
President Moon Jae-in was the fact that 
he climbed “Mt. Changbai” called the sacred 
ground of the North Korean revolution. 
Mt. Changbai was the mountain where 
Kim Il Sung, the first president of North 
Korea brought about a revolution, and 
from that time, the president of Korea 
who was the enemy side, never climbed 
there. Despite this, President Moon Jae-in 
has climbed up there, so we can see the 
strong intentions of the two leaders’ 
“North and South Unification”.
At the inter-Korean summit meeting 
(Pyongyang) on the second day held 
on September 19, Kim Jong-un chairman 
announced
  “We will make an effort to make the Korean 
  Peninsula a place of peace with no nuclear 
  weapons or nuclear threat”. 
It is a strong manifestation of intention to 
Complete Denuclearization.
In addition, Kim Jong-un chairman’s “Visit 
to Seoul” was also confirmed at this place. 
At this time, when President Moon Jae-in 
requests Kim Jong-un chairman to visit 
Seoul, he responded to the promise by 
opposing North Korean military executives 
and cabinet members who were around.

After the summit meeting, “Joint Declaration” 
by the two leaders was announced. The 
following two points are noticed among them.

①North Korea has announced that it is 
prepared for additional measures such as 
permanent disposal of nuclear facilities in 
Yongbyon ( 寧辺) in the northern part of 
Pyongyang, under the “equivalent measures” 
of the United States.

②North Korea agreed to permanently 
destroy the missile engine test site and 
missile launching station of sohae (東倉里), 
northwest north korea, under expert 
supervision.

If these are realized, there is a possibility 
of realizing the concrete first step of 
“Complete Denuclearization” committed 
at the US-North Korea summit meeting on 
June 12.

If there is in the minds of citizens, the mercy 
heart that wishes for the “happiness of all 
citizens” and the actions accompanying it, 
“New situation” is born in the international 
society. The new situation can not be seen 
from outside right after it was born. However, 
after a while, various “new events and 
phenomena” that embody the new situation 
will occur in a visible form.
This time, the fact that the situation of 
North Korea, which was in a stalemate 
for a long time since the US-North Korea 
summit on June 12, caused a new movement 
(trend) due to the Inter-Korean talks on 
September 18th, also applies to that. 
In particular, “North’s proposal for disposal 
of nuclear facilities” mentioned above, is 
a new trend.
Then, how can we continue the new 
situation without weakening in the future 
and make it into the trend of great peace 
in the international society?

2  In order to expand and strengthen the 
    power of good deeds that individuals do

As it can be said about all things that 
happens generally in the international 
society, many people think that those 
problems are too huge to deal with 
individually. This can be said of the 
North Korea issue, the US-North Korea 
relations, the US-China relations, 
the US-Russia relations, and to the 
ultimately complicated and confused 
Middle East issues, too. These problems 
are inherently unsolvable problems 
with the power of individuals. 
In such a case, how can an individual 
be able to deal with large-scale problems 
like international problems in a 
manner that is effective?

First of all, individuals basically do good. 
Do good without doing evil. This good 
acts (good deed) is basically important. 
However, what to do when the effect of 
good acts performed by individuals is 
not widely available to society.
For example, if evil or act of evil is done 
in a distant place where the individual’s 
action range can not reach, how an 
individual prevents them?Also, when 
those are done in the world of giant 
capital and huge scale by a big force, 
how does an individual prevent them? 
It is the same for conflict and war. 
In fact, terrorist incidents occur in 
distant places where individual hands 
will not reach. And it puts out many 
victims, bringing many obstacles and 
misfortune to the international 
community. Therefore, we must 
strengthen the good acts of each 
individual and make the effects of that 
acts to extend to every corner of society.

For example, since lawyers exercise 
their wisdom based on the “power of 
law”, so that he can lead to solving 
various social problems and complex 
problems difficult to solve by amateurs.  
Of course, in that case, it is largely due 
to the power of the lawyer himself to 
solve the problem, but behind that 
wisdom, the law’s “power of law” is 
working.
Also, even in the medical field, the 
doctor can exercise wisdom based 
on the laws of medicine to treat the 
patient, so it is possible to cure 
various diseases and intractable 
diseases. Of course, it depends 
largely on the power and talent of 
the doctor himself, but it is a fact 
that can not deny that “the power 
of the law of medicine” established 
by accumulation and devising of 
research for many years, is acting on 
treatment.
This is more prominent in the field of 
science and technology. Various 
science and technology developed 
based on the “Science Law” with a 
history of hundreds of years, produced 
various convenient home appliances 
today. And that freed up a lot of 
housewives from daily cumbersome 
manual labor.  A washing machine, a 
vacuum cleaner, a mobile phone, a 
television, a personal computer, and 
the like. In this respect, it is said that 
the history that today’s science and 
technology has expanded human power 
and ability, can be classified into three 
periods.

The first period is that science and 
technology acted on behalf of human 
“Muscle” work. That is, it began with 
automobiles, aircraft and household 
appliances that appeared in the 
beginning of the 20th century, and 
recently from the extension, industrial 
robots and others were developed. 
As a result, workers’ hard work has 
been alleviated and they skillfully 
accomplished the substitution of 
human “muscle”.

The second term is that science 
and technology acted on behalf of 
human “Nerve“. Human “nerve” has 
been widely expanded by the 
appearance of “sensor” which 
measures various things such as 
sound, light, temperature and 
pressure etc. As a result, it is possible 
to use a single electronic card to pass 
through the ticket gate of the station, 
complete payment of shopping, search 
a vast net world by touching the mobile 
screen, and use various applications. 
These also depend on its work.

The third term is the extension of the 
“Brain” that accumulates human 
knowledge through the spread of the 
Internet today. The appearance of AI 
(artificial Intelligence ) is its most 
prominent case. Also, the emergence 
of supercomputers and quantum 
computers has already expanded the 
horizon of the world of human society 
and is trying to expand further to the 
futur.

As described above, “the power of the 
law” which exists in various specialized 
fields has a power to expand and 
strengthen human’s action power and 
wisdom power, although it is partial. 
Also, the power of these laws can be 
used as a power to expand and 
strengthen “the power of goodness 
that individuals try to help others.” 
However, the extent to which the power 
of these specialized law acts is often 
limitoed to each specialized field. It is not 
Versatile. Taking these points into 
consideration, we need to use them.

4 The existence of Buddha-nature

Next, in order to solve the big scale 
problem occurring in the international 
community, and also to solve complicated, 
diversified and rooted problems, it is 
required a more powerful law that acts 
more globally, widely and reliably, as well 
as using specialized laws as told above.
It is the existence of “Buddha-nature“.
All phenomena have Buddha-nature. 
Moreover, Buddha-nature exists as a 
“law” in the phenomena world.
Buddha-nature is usually translated as 
“characteristic of Buddha”. It is also 
translated as “nature as a cause to 
become Buddha”. Everyone’s mind has 
the characteristics of this Buddha. 
However, not only the mind of people 
but also all phenomena have it. 
For example, a desk in front of you, 
a pen on the desk, an ashtray, 
a substance, a space in the surroundings, 
a behavior of a person, a movement of 
a car, a trend of society, a wind, a cloud, 
a weather, the earth, a planet, a star, 
a galaxy, and to the endless outer space. 
Therefore, the meaning that “Buddha-nature is in all the phenomena world” is 
that, for example, if an individual can 
connect with that Buddha-Nature, 
it becomes possible to expand the 
effectiveness of good deeds which 
each individual perform  (at their 
respective living level), widely to all 
phenomena world. Because individuals 
do good through the Buddha-nature which 
exists throughout the phenomena world, 
the effectiveness of that good deed rides 
on the Buddha-nature and extends to 
the whole phenomenon world. 
It is such a principle.

Alternatively, he may be that engaging 
in sales activities by telephone within the 
company. In that case, if Buddha-nature 
wishs, Buddha-nature can rearrange the 
movements of the phenomenon and 
direct good customers to that salesman, 
or bring rare business opportunities to him.
Also, if the relationship of husband and wife, 
Buddha-nature can make her husband, 
who is often usually difficult and bad mood, 
to be in a good mood. Conversely, it is also 
possible to change the attitude and 
wording of the wife into a polite, 
heartfelt thing.
In this case, the important point is, 
in order to make better mood of her 
husband, Buddha-nature rearrange 
all the events of that background, such 
as for example, the events and human 
relationships within the company, 
economic trends surrounding the 
company, social and international 
circumstances, and until the natural 
phenomenon such as weather. 
Rearranging one phenomenon is 
exactly such a thing.
For example, the economy of the 
world is bad and the company’s 
management status is not good. 
Salaries are also reduced. In that state, 
how can you improve your husband’s 
mind to be in good mood?
Therefore, in order to change one 
phenomenon, it is necessary to 
rearrange the myriad of phenomena 
related behind it. Without the ability to 
freely reorganize such innumerable 
phenomena, it is impossible to rearrange 
one phenomenon. When it comes to 
such reorganization, you have to 
connect with the Buddha-nature existing 
in the phenomena world in general, 
or move Buddha-nature.

However in order to realize the above-mentioned things, it is the case that if 
you could make Buddha-nature wish to 
do it. If you could not make Buddha-
nature wish to do it, there is no reason 
for Buddha-nature to help you or cheer 
you. 
Then, how can you make Buddha-nature 
wish to do it ?
To do that, it is OK if you do what Buddha-
nature wishs from daily.
Then what does Buddha-nature wish for? 
Buddha-nature wants more people to be 
happy. In addition, Buddha nature wants 
to lead the people of the whole world to 
happiness. Therefore, each individual 
do initiatory in each respective positions, 
a concrete task for that purpose. 

 6  Two acts to please Buddha-nature

In summary, the work that Buddha-nature’s 
wishes for people to do is basically 
the next two acts.

Acts ①
One is what I said in the last post※, 
“To emit the heart of mercy wishing 
for the happiness of all citizens”. 

※”The atmosphere of the U.S.-China 
    summit in November 2017 is the Ideal 
    Face that should be the original of 
    US-China relations” posted on 
    September 3, 2018.

However, as an act of moving the wishes 
of Buddha-nature, it is better 
“To emit the heart of mercy on all living 
existence”.
Because that is closer to the meaning 
of Buddha-nature’s character 
“Mercy on all things“. In addition, humans 
are not the only life existence living on 
earth. In order for human beings to live 
happily, there are facts that humans 
coexist with living existence other than 
human beings, as well as events, 
substances and phenomena. Therefore, 
to say “emitting the heart of mercy on 
all living existence”, it includes happiness 
of all citizens and the mercy heart on 
all substances and events related to it. 
Also included is “heart of protection for 
animals and plants” and “love for all 
things”.
The important point is the fact that 
when the citizen emits this 
“mercy heart on all living existence”, 
Buddha-nature reorganizes the 
phenomenon world and create 
“good situation” and “new trend” 
in the international community. 
Why does Buddha-nature do so?
It is because “To emit mercy heart 
on all living existence” including 
human happiness, coincides with 
intention and desire of Buddha-nature 
“to lead all people to happiness” as 
I said above.
When this heart is emitted among 
people, Buddha-nature recognizes as 
“this person materialized my wish”. 
And, as a returning thanks, Buddha-nature creates a new good trend among 
the social environments in which those 
people live. Of course, there is also a time 
when Buddha-nature creates a 
“good situation” in the living environment 
of individuals who have emitted mercy 
heart. In any case, Buddha-nature will do so 
because those things work positive and 
happiness for these people.
Also, in the last post I said 
“The heart of mercy covers a wide world 
like a canopy”. This is also because the 
power of mercy heart that the citizen 
emanated, will be widely expanded and 
strengthened by riding Buddha-nature 
existing in all phenomenon world.  

Acts ②
The second one is to do a good job of 
searching for “correct information about 
Buddha-nature”, or reading it carefully, 
or thinking about it well, or writing it well, 
printing it, leaving it to others. 
Or do one of them.
Why is that to please the Buddha-nature, and why is that be acceptable 
for Buddha-nature’s intention and desire, 
here are two reasons.
One, if you arrange the correct 
information about Buddha-nature, 
print it, leave it as data, or leave it by 
telling it, that will remain for a long time 
in the future. And those who read it 
after a year, ten years, a hundred years, 
a thousand years, know the 
“existence of Buddha-nature” from 
that information. 
Also, they obtain the method of 
connecting to Buddha-nature from that 
information, and expand and strengthen 
“the power of good deed” that they will do. 
And they will solve various problems 
inside and outside. Also they will open 
their own happiness.
Therefore, if you do those things, the work 
is consistent with the Buddha-nature’s desire 
to “lead more people to happiness from now 
to the future”, and that makes the 
Buddha-nature pleasing.

Secondly, the task mentioned above, 
of summarizing the correct information 
about Buddha-nature and leaving it 
as a future data, supports the act of 
mercy of Acts① well. 
Because merely emitting the heart 
of mercy, people can not know the 
reason Why is it necessary to emit 
the mercy heart. Even if you emit only 
the mercy heart without knowing the 
reason, power does not enter. It is the 
job and role of Acts② to correctly and 
logically convey the reason.
That is, Acts① is an act of mercy, while 
Acts② is an act of wisdom. Acts① can 
powerfully emit “mercy heart on all living 
existence” for the first time when it 
receive the wisdom power of Acts②. 
And also Buddha-nature does not return 
thanks unless you do powerfully, deeply 
and continuously when you emit mercy 
heart on all living existence.

As a result, Buddha-nature (as a returning 
thanks to doing the act) reorganizes the 
phenomenal world and improves the 
company situation and social situation 
surrounding you. At the same time, 
your human relationship will be 
improved in a good direction.
Why is human relationship? 
This is because there is a reality that 
the majority of misery and suffering 
in modern society arise from human 
relations.
For example, if you are a person with 
a social status, you can see how 
important is the relationship with your 
boss, relationship with your colleagues. 
If the relationship with your boss 
progresses smoothly and you are 
loved by your colleagues, it will be a 
good condition. However, if you are 
disliked by your boss, secretly planning 
your dismissal or relegation, being 
despised by your subordinates, or 
targeting your position, you will taste 
“Suffering like drinking blood” in your 
mind, even if you are standing upright 
and keeping yourself calm.
Alternatively, while working in the same 
workplace, similar suffering will occur if 
non-cooperative people are nearby, 
or if there are those who secretly think in 
a different schemes for important things 
on work, etc. These are the suffering 
experienced by many of the people in the 
leadership of society including middle 
managers.
As a result, Buddha-nature makes people 
around you and those you touch at the 
company to be “favorable” to you. 
And for that, Buddha nature induce 
movement of phenomena and sometimes 
support you in order not to make your 
mistake as much as possible. Because 
Buddha-nature exists in everyone’s heart 
and in every phenomenon’s movement, 
Buddha nature can do like that.

However, for “mistakes or accidents”, 
you can never rely on (dependence on) 
Buddha-nature. First of all, it is important 
for you to have a strong determination 
that “I never make mistakes or accidents”. 
Then, if you act and work seriously so as 
not to cause mistakes or accidents, 
Buddha-nature will surely protect you in 
the form as above.

In addition, Buddha-nature sometimes 
cover your presence with veil if necessary, 
so that making your presence become 
not to anxious in the minds of people 
around you. Because that way you can 
get a more stable mind and can concentrate 
on your work intensively.
Alternatively, Buddha-nature may change 
the person you touch at the workplace, 
making arrangement to keep malicious 
people or People who do not match with 
you away, not to touch you, a good person 
come and let them touch you. 
In addition, on a case by case, various 
methods are appropriately used.
In brief, as a final objective, Buddha-nature 
wants you to have “stable mind” and 
“concentration”. In order to realize that, 
Buddha-nature will change and reorganize 
the human relationship surrounding you, 
company situation, until social situation, 
if necessary.

Question
I would like to know more about the 
relationship between ① ‘s acts and 
②’ s acts. Also, is there a difference 
in the utility of both acts?

Answer
In answering that question, ①’s mercy 
line is united with perseverance.
That is, 
① is an act centered on mercy and
perseverance. 
② is an act performed mainly on wisdom.
If you create a new situation with the 
acts ①, acts ② maintain and develop 
that situation.
The act of mercy and perseverance of ① 
is “to stand well  /  to plant a source of 
wealth well”.
The act of wisdom of ② is “to lead well  / 
to transform well”.
Therefore, if ① questions, ② answers well.
On the contrary, if there is only act of ②, 
there is nothing to maintain or develop. 
Therefore, if ② questions, ① answers well.

7 The relationship between Buddha-nature 
　and people is made by a contract

Due to the reasons mentioned above, 
when a person performs two acts of ① 
and ②, Buddha-nature starts to 
reorganize the phenomena world in 
such a way that the individual becomes 
happier. However, to be more precise, 
“Buddha-nature reorganizes the 
phenomena world according to the 
quality and quantity of good deeds 
done by that individual”. In other words, 
Buddha-nature will support you as 
much as you have done. Because the 
relationship between people and 
Buddha-nature is “Contract” to the last. 
This relationship is established by 
contract. If you want to make the power 
and work of the mighty Buddha-nature 
work for everyone’s happiness including 
yourself, you must establish this contract. 
And you must act to establish it. Once 
you establish a contract, you can move 
Buddha-nature in that direction. 
The same can be said about 
“connection with Buddha nature.”

Then, what about the general good acts 
that each citizen conducts in everyday life, 
“polite service to customers” done in the 
workplace, or good faith acts done in 
volunteer activities and so on? 
Also, what about the work that people do 
in each specialized workplace? 
Will these actions fit the intention and 
desire of Buddha nature?
What about intelligent work that edits 
general knowledge and information 
more accurately, and summarizes it 
as excellent information? 
Or what about the work of exploring 
the truth?
Will these fit the intention and desire 
of Buddha-nature?
Of course, these good deeds and 
intellectual work also fit the intention 
and desire of Buddha-nature. 
Therefore, it is better to continue 
these works proactively.

However, if you feel “insufficiency” 
only with these works, it is good to do 
the two acts ① and ② above. These two 
lines expand and strengthen the power 
of good deeds as you do day by day, 
consistent with Buddha-naure’s 
intentions and desire, so the 
“insufficiency” you feel is eliminated 
and the various problems surrounding 
you will be solved by those powers.

In addition, in order to retrieve 
information about Buddha-nature of 
acts ②, writing it correctly, and talking 
to people, that information source is 
necessary. Where do you ask for it? 
At that time, please use this website.

Because the essence of Buddha-
nature is “law” to the last. There is no 
intention or desire as people have, 
in the law. In this case, there is a 
distinction named 所成Shosei and 
能成Nousei between “law” and a 
“person with intention”.
Shosei is a “nature that is established 
by being worked from outside”. 
Conversely, Nousei is a “nature that is 
established by working from itself.”
That is, Shosei is Passive and Nousei 
is Active.※

※ Shosei and Nousei
“Sho” of Shosei means passive, 
“sei” means “to be established”. 
Therefore, both are combined to 
become the “nature that is 
established by being worked 
from outside”. “Nou” of Nousei 
means active, “Sei” means “to 
be established” as above, so it 
will be the “nature that is 
established by working from itself”.

Since Buddha-nature is a law, it is 
the former “Shosei=Passive”. 
Therefore, if it does not receive 
Nousei ‘s approach of “human 
wisdom and behavior”, its existence 
will not be established. Moreover, 
even if Buddha-nature has the 
mighty power and the power to 
overcome, those powers will never 
be demonstrated forever as long as 
it dose not receive “human approach”.
In general, the nature of law is such. 
For example, “Science Law and 
Medical Law” mentioned earlier, even if 
there are only them, the power is not 
demonstrated. When the wisdom and 
actions of scientists and doctors 
actively work on them, the power of 
those laws will be demonstrated for 
the first time. Social law is also the 
same. Even if society has law only, 
the power of the law will not be 
exerted to society, unless there are 
active resolve and actions of people 
who “keep the law”.
Buddha-nature is also the same. 
Since Buddha-nature is a law, its 
power will be exerted for the first 
time by receiving “wisdom and 
actions of people”. When you use 
“Buddha-nature’s law” which shows 
strong effect in international society 
and the world, you need to understand 
the relationship between this 
“law and people” well.

9 The essential characteristics of 
    Buddha-nature is mercy

Question

However, you mentioned earlier that 
“Buddha-nature wants to lead people 
and society to happiness”. If there is 
no such desire or intention in Buddha-nature, no matter how much people 
do good, the contract will not be 
established.

Answer

In Buddha-nature, there is no desire 
nor intention like people have, but the 
essential characteristic of the law of 
Buddha- nature is “mercy”. If I talk 
about this with a case example, all the 
laws in the world are made with a 
useful direction for people’s lives and 
happiness. For example, laws of politics
and economics, laws of science and 
so on. If there is a deficiency in the 
contents of those laws, it will be 
improved in that direction. Because 
“being useful for human happiness” is 
the mission and role of social law. 
And that is the essential characteristics 
of those laws.
Likewise, the essential characteristics 
of Buddha-nature’s law is also “mercy”. 
This is a characteristics that Buddha-nature originally has. Therefore, if a 
person acts and exercises wisdom 
in such a way that it adapts to the 
characteristics of its mercy, it can 
realize cooperation with Buddha-
nature, and can exert the power of 
Buddha-nature. Also, “being able to 
do that” become an empirical proof, 
you can see that the essential 
characteristics of Buddha-nature 
is mercy.

(Treatment for cases where both 
passive law and active wisdom are 
within you)
To summarize what I have described 
so far, the process tjat people know 
the existence of Buddha-nature, and 
work on it and demonstrate the power 
of the law, is as follows.
The law of Buddha-nature exists also 
in myself. Although it exists in the 
outside phenomenon world, it exists 
also in myself. 
You can know for the first time the 
fact that “Buddha-nature is within 
you” by touching the information 
and knowledge that it exists. 
And if you find that it exists, 
you will work on it through wisdom 
and behavior like Acts ① and ② as 
mentioned above, and draw out the 
treasure and power from the treasure 
warehouse of that law. Treasure 
warehouse of the law of Buddha-
nature are full of treasure and power. 
Because that treasure is Passive, 
people ‘s wisdom and behavior — 
basically those will be exerted by 
working of acts ① and ②. The exerted 
power will lead to solving many 
problems both inside and outside. ※

※The point to note in this process is 
that treasure and power are derived 
from the “law” to the last. The law is 
a treasure warehouse.
On the other hand, the role of Acts ① 
and ②, which is human wisdom and 
behavior, is to open the doors of 
treasure warehouse of the law and 
extract  treasure.

 The above position is that both “active 
wisdom and action” and “passive law” 
exist in myself. And, it is the course 
that you recognize both of those 
existence well, guide them skillfully, 
and exert their power.
Although the above process may be 
unbelievable, it can be learned by 
seeing the fact that various problems 
both inside and outside are solved 
in reality.

Especially I worry that the science 
will develop more and more in the 
future, the era of IoT (Internet of Thing) 
will arrive in earnest, AI and robots 
will develop more and more.
At that stage, it is a question of how 
humans can use the products of 
these advanced sciences for human 
happiness.
For that, I think that it is necessary 
for people to notice the existence 
of a treasure warehouse of the 
complete law (Treasury of mercy) 
called “laws of all phenomena worlds” 
and draw out treasure and power 
from there.

Also, there are many things to be 
concerned about future social trends.
For example, nuclear tests with 
unknown intention or objective, 
forcible launch experiments on 
ballistic missiles, Large and small 
gun crime by madman and terrorist,
Indiscriminate suicide bombing 
aiming at large cities (September 11, 
2001 Terrorist attacks in the United 
States, Gun shooting in Las Vegas 
in 2017etc.), 
Ethnic problems  and racial 
discrimination problem with deep 
root. In recent years, Intensified 
trade war between the US and China,
Great stock market crash,
Various national conflicts, ethnic
 conflicts, religious conflicts, various 
conflicts and the like as seen in the 
Middle East are global gunpowder 
stores, Other, refugee problems, 
poverty problems, crime, problems 
of expanding economic disparity,
Various problems in the educational 
world that occur on a global scale 
(Speech and violence hurting 
children’s hearts).
Marine pollution by plastic garbage,
Global warming by carbon dioxide,
The sharp decline of the glaciers 
in the Arctic and Antarctic,
Various environmental pollution, 
abnormal weather,
Cyber crime on the net, Concerned 
issues of the relationship between 
robot and person,– Until illegal 
poaching in extensive Africa, crime, 
conflict, poverty, education problems, 
etc. 
Even one of these is a problem that 
can not be easily thought out. If you 
not to be careful, these will cause 
enormous damage to innocent people.

I think that those who essentially solve 
these problems are basically “citizens”. 
Because citizens are sovereign of the

The power of the law substantially 
realizes that. Therefore the power of 
goodness that the citizen does(performe) 
is originally mighty. It also acts extensively.
It is possible to solve problems of big 
scale as well as problems occurring 
in distant places, if the citizen expands 
and strengthens the power of their good 
wisdom and good deeds by the power of 
law. Also, “perfect defense” of many 
citizens is possible.

(The North Korean issue)

The North Korean issue has been in 
a stalemate for a while since the 
first US-North Korea summit meeting 
on June 12, but after this time’s three-day summit between the North and 
the South Korea September 18 to 20, 
“A new good trend” was born. 
However, there are still many difficulties 
and obstacles to make the trends 
into an unwavering large “flow of peace” 
in the international community in 
the future. Perhaps the number of 
obstacles, including visible obstacles, 
invisible obstacles, will actually reach 
hundreds, thousands, hundreds of 
millions, countless numbers in reality.
However, each individual of the citizen 
wishes and acts to achieve peace and 
international cooperation, and 
exercises mercy, love and consideration, 
and furthermore, if they expand and 
strengthen those power by 
“the power of law”, all these obstacles 
will be completely disappered.
The North Korean issue, I would like to 
expect it to be successful in the second 
round of the “US-North Korea summit 
meeting”
