What is the Ten Nyō-ze?
First, I will start with a commentary
on the Ten Nyō-ze.
The Ten Nyō-ze is the Ten Laws that
form the philosophical skeleton of
the Law of Origin.
Its name looks like this:
1. Outer phase
2. Characteristic
3. Main Body
4. Power
5. Effect
6. Causes
7. Auxiliary factor
8. Results
9. Rewards
10. First ‘Outer phase’ and
Last ‘Rewards’ are essentially equal
What is 1. Outer phase
The first “Outer phase” is literally the
external phase, that is, the
“Appearance”.
For instance, there are various phases
in the world, such as Facial phases, the
phases of people behavior, people’s
walking phases, and the phases of
mind, etc.
The best feature of Outer phase is
“Easy to understand.”
For example, the difference between
fire and water can be seen at a glance
by looking at the Outer phase.
Also, the difference between a city
and a village can be seen at a glance
by looking at the Outer phase.
In this way, the reason that “At a glance,
you can immediately understand all the
contents,” because the Outer phase
displays all of its inner surface and
content outwardly.
The same is true for a person’s facial
phases. All of the person’s content will
be displayed there.
Outer phases display all of a person’s
past and future lives.
Amateurs sometimes do not understand
that. However, when a professional
person experienced in looking at
facial phases sees it, it is clearly visible.
However, in the case of human past
and future phases, there are people
who display them well in their facial
phases and those who do not display.
In the case of those who do not display,
even if ordinary people look at
(him or her), they do not understand
well.
However, an experienced “Facial
Phase-Seeing Experts” can see
that the facial phases of all people
display their past and future.
When Buddha sees the phases of
a situation, he recorded both all the
past and the future in his heart, like
an experienced “Facial Phase-Seeing
Experts.”
What is 2. Characteristic
Next, regarding “2. Characteristic,”
the biggest feature of Characteristic is
that it is “Inner“.
Characteristic refers to the inner
Characteristic of the mind.
Therefore, the essence of Characteristic
is Inner.
Also, because Characteristic is Inner,
its feature will become, as opposed to
‘Outer phase’ mentioned above,
“Difficult to understand.”
The human mind is difficult to
understand. There are a lot of people
not understandable what’s they are
thinking in their hearts.
However, if we combine 1. Outer phase
and 2. Characteristic, it can be said,
“‘Outer phase of 1’ displays the
‘Difficult phase of mind of 2’ well
on the outside.”
Therefore, Outer phase is easy to
understand, while Characteristic is
hard to understand.
The biggest feature of
Characteristic is to generate
Wisdom
“2. Characteristic” has another big
feature.
It is the fact that the characteristic of
the human mind generates Wisdom.
This is greatest feature of Characteristic,
and is Greatest Power.
Wisdom arises from the Characteristic
of the mind.
What is 3. Main body
Next, let’s talk about Main Body.
For example, a cow’s calf grows up with
its calf’s parent as its main body. A foal
grows up with its parent as its main body.
The main body means “What the organism
depends on and is essential for
life support.”
Also, the main body is always
the same kind.
The main body of the calf is not the
parent horse. Always a parent cow.
The corporate also has a main body.
The main body of a corporate branch
is its parent corporate.
If the branch leaves the parent
corporate, the management will not
be able to stand.
The main body of a person who
practices the Law of Origin is
Buddha-nature
Then, what is the main body of
a person, who acts with the
“Law of Origin that managess
all phenomena,” in other words,
what is the main body of Buddha?
It is Buddha-nature.
Buddha-nature is the main body
of the Buddha and at the same time,
the main body of the Law of Origin.
So what is Buddha Nature?
Buddha-nature is the characteristic
of Buddha which is in all people,
creatures, things, events and
phenomena in this world.
Each of our minds is endowed with
Buddha-nature, and the organizations
such as societies and nations,
as well as a larger unit of organization
such as human societies, are also
endowed with Buddha-nature.
All things in the natural world and
the universe are endowed with
Buddha-nature.
For that reason, Buddha-nature is
becoming the main body of the
Law of Origin.
The reason why the power of the
Law of Origin can spread to all
phenomena in the phenomenal
world, and also this law can manage
all phenomena, is because this law is
endowed “Buddha-nature” as
its main body.
Therefore, the main body of a person
(Buddha) who practices the Law of
Origin necessarily becomes
Buddha-nature.
Your Wisdom achieves merging
with the Buddha-nature
Next, let’s think about the Main Body
from the “Relationship between
2.Characteristic and 3.Main Body“
mentioned earlier.
Earlier, when I talked about
2. Characteristic, I said,
“The characteristic of the human mind
generates Wisdom.”
That Wisdom has the power to merge
you with ‘Buddha-nature’.
Furthermore, only Wisdom has the power
to merge with “Buddha-nature and the
Law of Origin.”
Then, is it not possible to fuse with
Buddha-nature by other human powers,
such as the power of Patience, that of
Mercy, that of Love, that of
Concentration, etc.?
It is not unable, but if those powers are
led by Wisdom, Fusion with Buddha-
nature is possible.
In this sense, only Wisdom allows the
fusion with Buddha-nature.
Then, why does wisdom alone have
the power to merge with Buddha
Nature?
This is because only the power of
Wisdom can perceive the existence
of Buddha-nature that is in all things.
As I said earlier, Buddha-nature is
present in all living beings, material,
non-material, happenings and
phenomena in this world.
Wisdom alone is able to identify with
certainty the existence of the
Buddha-nature that is present equally
and unique to such innumerable
individuals, materias, events and
phenomena.
Wisdom is able to distinguish between
the “Vast world and the Subtle world,”
and between the “Whole world and
the Individual world,” and
see Buddha-nature that are equally
present there.
Also, even if your eyes cannot see the
Buddha-nature itself, your wisdom can
identify its existence from the workings
of Buddha- nature.
For example, Scientists can identify
the existence of electrons, protons,
elementary particles, etc. in atoms from
their various functions and effects,
even if they cannot see them directly.
It is the same.
Buddha-nature also, as the main body
of the Law of Origin, if you carry out the
Mercy and Wisdom act, it will have
a great positive effect on your own life,
society, and the international
community.
Your wisdom sees these various actions
and workings of the Buddha-nature and
definitely identifies the existence of
Buddha-nature.

So when your wisdom merges with
Buddha-nature, what kind of wisdom
does your wisdom become?
If your wisdom merges with
Buddha-nature, your wisdom can
become the Vast and Boundless
Wisdom.
For example, if the box is large,
the lid will become also large.
It is the same.
Also, since Merging with Buddha-
nature is the same as Merging with
the Law of Origin, your wisdom will
exert the power of the Law of Origin,
and be able to handle any problem.
What is 4’s “Power”
Next is about 4. Power.
What is the Power of 4?
When your Wisdom is generated
from “2. the Characteristic of your
mind,” your Wisdom will merge
with the Buddha-nature, which is
the main body of the Law of Origin,
so the power of the Law of Origin is
exerted.
That power is the “Power” of 4.
What kind of power, specifically,
is that?
It is the “Power to emit Mercy and
Goodness.”
This Mercy and Goodness is a Mercy
that you emit right away when you
face some problem without being
told by anyone.
Therefore, it is called the
“Power of Ji-Zen-Kon.”
“Ji-Zen” in “Ji-Zen-Kon” means
“Mercy and Goodness” and “Kon”
means Root.
Your Mercy and Goodness are
like the roots of a tree, deeply
rooted in the earth of your heart.
Therefore, you have the power
to immediately emit Mercy and
Goodness when faced with any
problem.
For instance, currently, Canada is
experiencing massive forest fires.
Due to the heat fog and haze including
air pollutants, the sky in New York is
being dyed red. It is said to be the
worst air pollution in history.
They are detrimental to health and
it is an extremely dangerous situation.
Then, in response to those events,
you emit the heart of Mercy.
For instance, to person whom you
meet at the place of work or your life,
you say in your mind,
“I wish this person’s increase of
Good luck,” and send (him or her)
Mercy. It is the same.
To the forest fires in Canada, you send
Mercy with following words:
“I wish the wildfires in Canada are
smoothly extinguished.”
Next, you connect your Mercy heart
to the Law of Origin by your wisdom.
When you do so, your Mercy’s power
will be expanded and strengthened by
the power of the Law of Origin, and
you will acquire the power that can be
exerted in a wider range.
So, how do you connect your Mercy
heart to the Law of Origin by wisdom?
Please add the following words:
“I wish the Mercy that I sent to Canada
now, gets Mu-jou’s (Best) Result
and Reward.”
This word is important.
When you send Mercy, then
immediately after, you wish the
Result and Reward of that will
occur.
For Result and Reward, please say;
“I wish for Mu-jou’s (Highest) Result
and Reward.”
Mu-jou means, Mu is “nothing” and
jou is “above”. In other words, it means
“There is nothing above”, which means
the “Highest.”
If you wish in this way, your Mercy
power begins to exert the Highest
power. And that power will be exerted
extensively in places other than
Canada.
When you send Mercy to
individuals around you
The same is true when you send
Mercy to people you come into
contact with at work or in your daily
life.
First, you wish in your heart,
“I wish this person’s increase of
Good luck,”
and after that, you wish the following:
“I wish the Mercy that I sent to
this person now, gets Mujō’s (Highest)
Result and Reward.”
Then, good Result and Reward will be
generated not only in the life of
that person, but also good Result and
Reward will be generated in other
people.
Also, good Results and Rewards will
arise in your society, the international
community, and in your own life.
Also, a good Result and Reward will
arise in the form of all the various
problems that are currently occurring
in the world, starting to move toward
solutions.
Thus the “Power of the Mercy guided
by Wisdom” is extremely powerful and
it works far-reaching.
Difference between two words
Now, can you see the difference
between the two words I spoke above?
The first phrase,
“I wish this person’s increase of
Good luck,”
is that to wish an increase of Good
luck for a particular person or
particular event.
On the other hand, the second
phrase,
“I wish the Mercy that I sent to this
person now, gets Mujō’s (Highest)
Result and Reward,”
is that you take out objectively the
“Mercy” you sent to that person,
and to wish its Highest Result and
Reward will occur over a wide area.
By all means, please master the
above differences and speak the
two words in your heart.

In this case, your Mercy’s power is
expanded and strengthened by the
second word.
It is the “Power of Law” of the Law
of Origin that expands and
strengthens your Mercy’s power.
By saying the second word,
the Law of Origin will execute it.
Ten Nyō-ze exists in
your momentary mind
Now I talked about, the “Mujō’s
(Highest) Result and Reward” of
your Mercy action.
That Mujō’s (Highest) Result and
Reward is the Highest Result
and Reward that Buddha achieves.
The term “Mujō” here literally
means “Highest”, but it also means
“Horizontally Wide and Vertically
Deep”.
Mujō’s Result and Reward is at the
highest position, so it works
horizontally wide and vertically
deep.
I’ve already talked about the final
items of Ten Nyō-ze, “Results”
and “Reward“. (Table above)
Similarly, your Mercy heart which
emits with the Law of Origin, is
the “Phase of the Highest Heart
of Buddha.”
Also, your Mercy heart which emits
with the Law of Origin, is the
“Characteristic of the Highest
Heart of Buddha.”
Also, your Mercy heart which emits
with the Law of Origin, is the
“Highest Main Body that Buddha
based on.”
Also, your Mercy heart which emits
with the Law of Origin is the
“Highest Power that Buddha has.”
Also, your Mercy heart, which emits
with the Law of Origin, is the
“Highest Effect that the power
of Buddha brings.”
Also, your Mercy heart which emits
with the Law of Origin, is the
“Highest Causes that Buddha
creates.”
Also, your Mercy heart which emits
with the Law of Origin, is the
“Highest Auxiliary Causes that
Buddha creates.”
Also, your Mercy heart which emits
with the Law of Origin is the
“Highest Border that the
‘First Phase’ and the ‘Last Reward’
are matched” that Buddha achieves.

In this case, why is the Law of Origin
and your Mercy action are connected
by “With“?
That is because, in essence, your
wisdom is originally Active nature,
whereas the Law of Origin is Passive
nature.
・ Passive nature is “The nature that
is established by being worked on
from the outside (by wisdom, etc.).”
・ Active nature is “The nature that is
established by working on by itself.”
Indeed the Law of Origin is the vast
law that manages the phenomena of
all phenomenal worlds. But without
your Wisdom and Mercy action
working on it, its power is never
exerted.
This is the same as if there were
only laws in society, but the power of
the laws would not be exerted
without the “Mind and Wisdom of
Law-abiding People.”
In this respect, the Law of Origin and
the law of society have the Same
Essential Characteristics as the
same law.
Therefore, you perform the Mercy
action by Wisdom and work on the
Law of Origin, which is the Passive
Nature.
And you will make its power of law
to be exerted, expand and
strengthen your power of goodness,
and solve problems.
However, in reality, it is not
“Expand and Strengthen”, but you will
lead problems to the solution in the
form as the sun rises and destroys
all darkness.
Because the Law of Origin is the law
that manages the phenomena of
all phenomenal worlds.

Are there any examples in the past
that what you call the
“Power of Wisdom and Mercy” have
changed weather and meteorological
phenomena significantly?

There is a deep relationship between
Meteorological Phenomena and the
Hearts of the people who live there.
If you have the Law of Origin and
if you practice the “Acts of Mercy and
Wisdom” along with this law,
the weather and meteorological
phenomena will also have a positive
work on Citizens lives.
The Law of Origin is the law that
managess all phenomenal world.
Meteorological phenomena are also
one of phenomena, so the power of
the Law of Origin naturally works
there as well.
Let me give you one example.
For instance, over the past three years
from around 2019 to the summer of
2022, California experienced that the
amount of precipitation decreased sharply
with little rainfall, and a drastic drop in
water levels in mountainous reservoirs.

Many citizens would have
suffered even greater
Water-Saving Restrictions.
That’s even stricter water-saving
restrictions than the restrictions
issued by California Governor
Jerry Brown I mentioned earlier.
Also, with the effects of
continuing drought, the grass and
trees that did not absorb water,
might have caused even more
Massive Forest Fires across the
United States..
Many large-scale agribusinesses
and companies would have been
pushed into even more severe
predicament due to shortages of
agricultural water.
Your actions have saved these
various predicaments.
As I said earlier, weather phenomena
are one of the phenomena that the
Law of Origin manages.
Therefore, if you take the prescribed
steps and make the power of the Law
of Origin to be exerted, any abnormal
weather can be corrected normally.
And you can save many people and
businesses.
This is something you can perform
at any time and in any place.
Please never forget this
“Principle of Action.”

dynamically changing the weather
in the United States.

The acts of the center person is

power of the Law of Origin to be

However, the acts and its effect that
performed by others, all follow your
Acts of Mercy and Wisdom.
In this sense, the owner of the Law of
Origin is essentially you only.

But the “Acts of Mercy and Wisdom,”
that you say, are what people do personally.
I don’t quite understand the point that
‘That affects meteorological phenomena
in the vast natural world.’
What is it like “The Relationship between
the human behavior and meteorological
phenomena”?
Answer
Talking about “The Relationship between
Meteorological Phenomena and People’s
Minds” from a general point of view,
basically, if people live with Good Intentions,
do Good Deeds well, and are stable,
the Weather will be also stable.
Meteorological Phenomena are the
Mirror that reflect People’s Minds.
On the other hand, if People’s Minds are
confused, evil minds increase, and anxiety,
distrust, suspicion, turmoil, confrontation,
war, etc. increase, Meteorological Phenomena
will also be unstable.
The relationship between the two is as
above.
There is a lot of data to support this,
but let me give you two examples.
One is a joint study by Associate
Professor Marshall Burke of Stanford
University and Professors Solomon
Hsiang and Edward Miguel of
the University of California, Berkeley,
which was recently published in the
US scientific journal Science.
The data shows that when the standard
deviation value increases by 1,
the frequency of social disturbances
jumps by nearly 15%. (1)
In this, the meaning of the
“Standard Deviation Value increases
by 1″ is that the temperature of the
weather shows a larger deviation than
the normal average value.
In other words, it is an index that
indicates an increase in the rate of
Extreme Heat or Cold occurring
throughout the year.
“As the deviation value rises, the rate
of people’s anxiety, turmoil and social
confusion” increases by 15%.”
That is their data.
Looking at this from the opposite
perspective, it is possible to view that
“Because people’s anxiety and turmoil
will increase, Weather Phenomena
begin to show extreme Heat and Cold,
and the frequency of heavy rains, floods,
and droughts will increase.”
Therefore, this data matches what I just
said above now:
“If People’s Minds are confused, evil minds
increase, and anxiety, distrust, suspicion,
turmoil, confrontation, war, etc. increase,
Meteorological Phenomena will also be
unstable.
Conversely, if good minds increase in
people’s hearts, weather phenomena will
stabilize.

Why can be such a “Reverse Perspective/
Order” established ?
This is because meteorological
observation equipment cannot measure
till people’s minds.
Therefore, in the case of academic
research and scientific papers,
generally, as three professors announced,
it is publicly announced in the order
of “Weather change first, then later,
people’s anxiety increased and
social confusion occurred.”
That’s fine for academic research
and scientific papers.
However, if you take a closer look,

of change occurs in people’s minds first,

The human mind is likened to
the bottom of the sea, where change
takes place quietly and without being
conspicuous. And that later manifests
itself as a change on the surface of
the sea.
“The relationship between people’s
minds and meteorological phenomena”
is the same as this.

deviation value?
One of the important indicators
for measuring Weather or
Meteorological Conditions.
For example, if today is 77 degrees,
tomorrow is 81 degrees, and
yesterday was 73 degrees,
the average temperature for the
three days is 77 degrees. Also, if
today is 77 degrees, tomorrow is
104 degrees, and yesterday was
50 degrees, the average temperature
for the three days is still 77 degrees.
In both cases, the average
temperature is 77°C, but
the contents are very different.
In the latter case, the rate of
deviation of yesterday’s and
tomorrow’s temperatures from
the average temperature of
77 degrees is much greater than
that in the former. This rate of
deviation is the deviation value.
Usually, the average temperature
of the past 30 years is calculated,
and the current climate change
deviation value (Deviation value
from the average temperature)
is measured by comparing it.
At present, where climate change
is intensifying due to global warming,
the deviation value (Standard
deviation value) from the standard
average temperature is considerably
large and rising.
El Nino phenomenon
The second example is the

Human Behavior and
Meteorological Phenomena.”
Basically, Weather Changes
have deep relationship with
the Buddha-nature, which is
the main body of the Law of
Origin.
The relationship between the
two is that when the Buddha-
nature appears, the goodness
of people increases and the
weather will be overall stable.
Conversely, when the Buddha-
nature hid, people’s goodness
decreases and the weather is
often unstable.
Use “Appear” and “Hide” when
expressing the Buddha-nature
Let’s discuss this point in a little
more detail.
When thinking about the Buddha-
nature, the following points are
important:
The Buddha-nature is what is
inherent and originally existing in
all beings in this world.
For instance, it is inherent in
human minds, companies, societies,
nations, and in all beings and
phenomena in the natural world.
Therefore, the expressions
“Appear” and “Hide” are used.
We do not say the ‘Buddha-nature
occurs’ or ‘fades away’.
For example, because the sun is
originally existing, we do not say
that the “sun occurs” or the”sun
fades away.”
We say the “sun appears” or the
“sun hides”.
It’s the same.

Because the Buddha-nature is
present in all phenomena such as
the human mind, society, companies,
nations, and the natural world,etc.,
when it appears, the power of the
Buddha-nature begins to act upon
all phenomena.
And the whole of society and
natural world will move toward
peace, stability, and prosperity.
In other words, if the Buddha-nature
appears, changes begin to occur
on the place of a large scale beyond
the reach of people or individuals.
For example, relations between
country and country will also
continue to improve.
Also, meteorological phenomena
in the natural world on a large scale
will become stable.

So what happens when the Buddha-
nature hid?
The opposite of that begins to
happen on a large scale.
However, the advantage of the
Buddha-nature is that even if it hid,
you can make it reappear.
The Buddha-nature appears by En
So what should we do to make
the Buddha-nature to be appeared?
This is the problem.
Basically, the Buddha-nature appears
through “En” that people create.
En is an event that becomes the
trigger when a certain thing or
event occurs. It is also an event that
becomes an auxiliary factor.
The Buddha-nature arises by
your Good Deeds becoming
the EN (trigger).
What kind of Good Deeds is that?
The most powerful is the
“Act of Mercy and Wisdom“.
For instance, if you send Mercy to
certain people by saying in your
heart,
“I wish increase of your Good Luck,”
that act of Mercy becomes
the En (factor), and the Buddha-
nature will appear.
In that case, surprisingly,
if you do such a Good Deed to
one particular person and manifest
the Buddha-nature, not only your
surroundings but also it appears
throughout your country, the USA.
Also, the Buddha-nature appears
all over the world.
The Buddha-nature will also appear
in the natural world surrounding
our society, and its function will
strongly affect meteorological
phenomena.
This is a real event.

Also, you can confirm that
the Buddha-nature appeared.
For instance, you can confirm that
the Buddha-nature appeared due to
changes and events in various social
and political phenomena, such as
the improvement of economic trends
in the United States, the convergence
of inflation, and the stabilization of
politics.
Also, when the Buddha-nature appears
on the scale of the international
community, you can confirm it by the
end of wars and conflicts,
the achievement of cooperation
between nations, and the stability of
international politics, etc.
The same is true about the trends
in Natural World.
Certainly, the current climate in the
United States is extremely hot in most
places.
But, as in the case of California and
the Midwest last year, when a cold
wave arrives in winter, you will be able
to correct the Meteorological
Phenomena that have been biased
toward Hot Weather for several years
until then.
In other words, if you reveal
the Buddha-nature, it will be possible to
cause Meteorological phenomena to
correct the one-sided weather.
And then you can balance the weather.

Mercy, it is because the essential
characteristic of the Buddha-nature
is Mercy.
Because the Buddha-nature is
the main body of the Law of Origin,
the essential characteristic of the
Buddha-nature is the same as
the essential characteristic of
the Law of Origin.
Therefore, the “Buddha-nature
appears” is the same as that the
“Power of the Law of Origin, which
is established with the Buddha-
nature as its main body, is exerted.”
Regarding the Wisdom’s Acts
Also, not only the Mercy’s acts,
but your Wisdom’s acts reveal
the Buddha-nature.
The Wisdom’s act is the act of
reading well the correct information
of the “Law of Origin, which is
established with the Buddha-nature
as its main body,” thinking it well, and
understanding it well.
In addition, it is the act such as
telling the information to others or
leaving it by writing and printing.
These Wisdom’s acts act as an
extremely large Mercy work for
people and society.
For instance, suppose you wrote
or printed an article about the
Buddha-nature and the Law of
Origin.
It will remain 1 year, 10 years,
100 years from now. Or it may
remain for 1000 years, no, beyond
that, it may stay to the era ahead.
Those of the future people who
read and understood that
information, will know the
existence of the Buddha-nature
and the Law of Origin.
And then, based on the Buddha-
nature and the Law of Origin,
they will perform the
“Acts of Mercy and Wisdom” and
open up their each happiness.
Also, by doing so, they will lead
many social problems to resolving.
So your Wisdom’s acts is also
a great Mercy’s acts.
Therefore, Wisdom’s act reveals
the Buddha-nature well.

the country through Artificial
Firefighting alone, it would require
an extremely long period of
firefighting. By the time the fire is
extinguished, the entire country will
have been reduced to a burning field.
Of course, firefighting efforts by
the fire brigade are precious and
important.
We need to continue doing that.
However, if you perform the act
of Mercy and Wisdom with the
“Law of Origin that is established
with the Buddha-nature as its main
body,” as I said earlier, your act will
become “縁 (En), the trigger”, and
the Buddha-nature will appear in
the natural world.
And the Buddha-nature will begin
to correct the biased climate
phenomena.
The Buddha-nature in the natural
world will bring Heavy Rains to
balance the natural world, which is
suffering from extreme heat and
fires.
Heavy rains extinguish forest fires
across Canada all at once.
And when the forest fires stop,
so does the air pollution coming
to America.
The same thing happens when
a hurricane or typhoon hits.
In the case of a hurricane, the
Buddha-nature will divert
hurricane’s course towards
deserted areas where there are
no people, or the ocean.
Also, the same goes for times
of drought. Due to long-term
drought and intense heat,
if plants and trees in mountain
forests wither and reservoirs
become almost empty,
“The Buddha nature in nature world”
that you have manifested will
bring cold weather, bring heavy
rains and heavy snowfalls, and will
fill reservoirs at once.
In fact, that’s what happened in
California and the Midwest from
last summer to this winter.
Please cherish this experience.
Therefore, this time as well,
if you act with the Law of Origin
and make the Buddha nature to
be appeared, it will happen.
I hope you to achieve this in the
future too and please take balance
abnormal weather.
This is not a miraculous event,
but is an essential law of the natural
and phenomenal world. Therefore,
it can be achieved at any time and
anywhere.
This is because the Buddha-nature
always exists in the past, present,
future, and in the natural world and
in the human heart.
The root of the problem is only
whether you manifest
the Buddha-nature or not.
How concretely does the
Buddha-nature balance
the Weather?
Next, how concretely does
the Buddha-nature balance out
biased Weather Phenomena?
The natural world is originally
composed of Four Elements:
Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind.
These four basic elements that make
up the natural world are appearing in
the phenomenal world in the following
ways.
・Earth is Solid
・Water is a variety of Liquids
・Fire is the action of Heat
・Wind is the Wind force that
carries Cold Air or Heat Waves.
Each of these four elements has
different properties and functions, so
they interact with each other, change
things and move phenomena in various
ways.
For example, heat (Fire) melts ice
of solid (Earth) / Water extinguishes
Fire / When the Wind blows,
the Fire grows stronger / When the
Wind collides with the mountains
and mountain ranges of the Earth,
it stops moving.
Similarly, when the Water of seawater
encounters the Wind of a Cold Wave,
it freezes and becomes Ice of solid
(Earth). And form Glaciers.
/ Conversely, when seawater
encounters a Heat Wave (Fire),
it evaporates, and that water vapor
forms Rain Clouds that cause rain
(Water) to fall. / Hurricanes and
Typhoons, which are Winds, change
their course when they encounter
a Tropical Cyclone of Fire.
In this way, Earth, Water, Fire, and
Wind in the natural world each have

the weather, it skillfully uses the
effects of these Four Elements to
achieve balance.

For instance, Hurricanes and Typhoons
can be said types of “Wind.”
The Hurricanes and Typhoons originate
from Tropical Cyclones (The Wind
having Fire). This is an example of
”Fire creating Wind.”
If a Warm Anticyclone (That is also
a Wind having Fire) forms on the path
of a Hurricane or Typhoon, it will
change its course (Image Below).
Why do Hurricanes and Typhoons
change their course when they
encounter a Warm Anticyclone?
Why do Hurricanes and Typhoons
change course when they encounter
a warm Anticyclone?
Air tends to flow from Anticyclone ,
where air density is high, toward
Cyclone, where air density is low.
And Hurricanes and Typhoons are
“Cyclones.”
Therefore, when they encounter
an Anticyclone, they are unable to
proceed toward the Anticyclone.
Then, it begins to follow a path along
the outside of the Anticyclone.
Let me give you a concrete example.
The Figure Below shows the area
around Japan, where many Typhoons
arrive every year from summer to
autumn.
These Typhoons, as shown in the
Figure Above, take a circuitous path,
following the Warm Anticyclone
coming from the Pacific Ocean,
and land in Japan.
Additionally, Mobile Anticyclones
often come from Southeast Asia,
and Typhoons are pushed toward
Japan.
And then, they often bring Disasters
such as Heavy Rain and Landslides
to the Japanese mainland.
The same is true for Hurricanes,
which often occur in the United States.
If the path of a Hurricane were to
change course due to the formation
of a Warm Anticyclone, and deviate
toward the ocean, many people living
in coastal towns and villages would be
saved from Disaster.
This is because the Wind having Fire
(Warm Anticyclones) change the path
of the hurricane.

phenomena, weather conditions change
due to the strong interaction of the
effects of four elements, Earth, Water,
Fire, and Wind.
If your acts of goodness (The Acts of
Mercy and Wisdom) make the Buddha-
nature to be appeared, you will be able
to use the various properties and effects
of these “Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind”
on the large scale of meteorological
phenomena through the Buddha-nature.
For instance, if a major Hurricane that
would bring about a major disaster
approaches, “The Buddha-nature in the
natural world” that you have manifested
must generate a Warm Anticyclone and
change the course of the Hurricane.
And by changing its course to a direction
where there are no people, it will protect
the lives of many citizens, including you.
In this way, you will be able to correct
“Abnormal Weather” and a “Biased
Climate Change” through the Buddha-
nature.
The power to change the weather
is different from Magic
These powers are different from
the Magic that people often perform.
Magic uses paper and tools to make
people see things as if it were
changing. However, in reality,
things do not change.
There is always a seed (contraption).
However, the effects of Earth, Water,
Fire and Wind in the natural world
actually change things, as mentioned
above.
Also, that actually changes the
direction of the course of large
phenomena well such as Hurricanes
and Typhoons move.
If you perform the Acts of Mercy
and Wisdom and do good,
the Acts becomes En (Trigger),
and Buddha nature appears.
And the Buddha-nature put the
effect of Earth, Water, Fire, and
Wind in the natural world to work,
to balance Biased Climate Change
and contribute to the happiness
of human society.
Why does the Buddha-nature
protect you and the environmental
world that you live in?
This is because your act of Mercy is
the Buddha-nature itself, and it is
Buddha.
The Buddha-nature of the natural
world protects those who perform
Mercy and the environment they live,
well.
In this sense, your act of sending
Mercy and wishing for the increase
of Good Luck to the people around
you, or the people in society, country,
and town is extremely precious.
Also, its effectiveness is tremendous.
Because the effect of such acts
protects the living environment of
citizens throughout the country.
Question
I understand the idea that earth,
water, fire, and wind are the four
elements of nature, but they are
not the ultimate elements.
Further down, there are Elements
and Molecules at the chemical level
such as Oxygen, Hydrogen, and Carbon,
and even further down, the ultimate
world of Atoms and Atomic Nucleus
exist.
Why do you only emphasize Earth,
Water, Fire and Wind?
Answer
This is because the Universe and the
Natural world are made up of many
Hierarchical structures. (Figure below)
Among them, Weather phenomena occur
in the “Hierarchy of the Natural world”
such as the ocean and mountains.
(Hierarchy indicated by Red Arrow)
And this “Hierarchy of the Natural world”
is the world where the effects of Earth,
Water, Fire, and Wind are most strongly
exerted. That is, Solid, Liquid, Heat, and
Wind effects.
Therefore, the Buddha-nature of the
Natural world gives priority to use the
effects of these Earth, Water, Fire, and
Wind, when it corrects or cures
unbalanced Weather Phenomena.
Let me explain in a little more detail.
As shown in the Image above, in the
Natural world and the Universe,
a “Hierarchical Structure” exists
depending on the Size of matter and
energy.
For instance, if we take the Size of
a Human as a standard, there are Cells
in the Microscopic world below, and
within Cells, there are Molecular
Structures such as DNA and RNA
that transmit information.
Further below is the “World of
Chemical Elements” such as Carbon,
Hydrogen, and Oxygen that make up
Molecules.
And below the Elements, there are
Atoms, below them are the Atomic
Nuclei, and further below that exists
the world of Nucleons (Protons and
Neutrons) and Elementary Particles
inside the Atomic Nuclei.
On the other hand, if we look at
the Macroscopic World, which is
larger than Human size, we first find
the Natural world of Oceans and
Mountains, and above that is the
Earth.
Above the Earth is the Solar System,
and above that exists a World of
Galaxy containing Hundreds of
Billions of Stars that are like our Solar
System.
Furthermore, in recent years, the
Hubble Space Telescope has
discovered that there is a World of
Galaxy Clusters made up of Hundreds
to Hundreds of Billions of Galaxies.
Also, the Macroscopic World does not
end there. There are probably even
larger Hierarchies.

Phenomena are phenomena that occur
in the “Natural world” such as Oceans
and Mountains within the Hierarchical
Structure of the Universe.

Weather Phenomena changes by the

of the Natural World that you have
manifested, needs to change Weather
Phenomena, the Buddha-nature uses
the “Power of Earth, Water, Fire, and
Wind.”
To give an example, when a Hurricane
or Typhoon (Wind) approaches a town
or land where people live, the Buddha-
nature generates a Warm Anticyclone
(Wind having Fire) and changes its course
to the Desert or the Ocean where there
are no people.
In addition, when Temperatures continue
to rise for a long time and Damage such as
Drought and Water-shortages occur,
the Buddha-nature brings Cold Waves
(Cold Wind) and Heavy Rains (Water) and
prevent them.
Also, large amounts of Rains will prevent
Forest Fires (Fire) from occurring in the
future.
The Buddha-nature originally exists in
all phenomena in the phenomenal world
and it is managing all phenomena.(1)
Therefore, the Buddha-nature is basically
capable of moving all phenomena.
For instance, the Buddha-nature can,
if necessary, move and control the
movement of Chemical Elements and
Atoms, which are even smaller Units than
Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind.

“The Buddha-nature is managing
all phenomena” means the same as
that the Law of Origin manages
all phenomena. Because the Buddha-
nature is the main body of the Law of
Origin. / Also, “Management” here
means “The Law manages Phenomena,”

“The Rule of Law,” in which the law
manages the country and society.
/ In addition, the Buddha-nature,
which is the main body of the Law of
Origin, is exerted by your actions,
so when the Buddha-nature moves
phenomena, your mind of good
intentions, wishes, and vows, etc.
will be strongly reflected there.
However, when the Buddha-nature
cures the Weather Phenomena in
the Natural world, it is sufficient just
to move the “Power of Earth, Water,
Fire, and Wind,” as mentioned above.
Therefore, the Buddha-nature gives
priority to move and use only the
Earth, Water, Fire and Wind, when
curing the Weather Phenomena.
This is because there is no need to
move Elements or Atoms, which are
smaller units than these.
Furthermore, by moving the Earth,
Water, Fire, and Wind, you can move
at the same time, the Molecules,
Elements, and Atoms that make up
the Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind.

In this way, when the Buddha-nature
needs to make some kind of correction
in the Natural world or the Universe,
it uses the powers that act most
strongly at each Hierarchy.

Therefore, in this Article that talks
about the Weather Phenomena,
the “Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind”
are emphasized.
Talking about the contents
so far from ‘The Ten Nyō-ze’s
Perspective’
Next, what I am talking about here
now is about “5. Effect” in Ten Nyō-ze.

In other words, as the “Effect” of 5 in
Ten Nyō-ze, the “Magnificent Effects
of the Natural World that balance out

“4. Power” in Ten Nyō-ze.

Ji-Zen-Kon.”

Since the Roots of Goodness are put
down deeply in your heart,
if there is a something problem,

“Power of 4.”
Also, because the Roots of Goodness
are planted in your heart, even if there
is some Resistance or Difficulty,
you persevere in executing Good.
Therefore, the power of Ji-Zen-Kon is
also your “Power of goodness that
forces yourself to execute, even if
you endure.”

On the other hand, what kind of
Effect is the “Effect of 5“?
It is the Effect produced by the
fusion of your Ji-Zen-Kon Power and
the Buddha-nature (The Main body
of the Law of Origin).
That is a Huge Effects that can even
change the Weather Phenomena in
the Natural world, as I have talked
about so far.
That Effect is also appears as
a Powerful Effect of Goodness,
such as ending large-scale wars like
those being waged between Nations.
Therefore, the Effects is not the
effects of one or two forces.
It is an Effects that occurs when
Countless Forces in Society and the
Natural world are brought together.
When your power of Good and Mercy
is exerted through the Buddha-nature,
that’s how it goes.
This Effects is called
“The Effect of Nin-un mu-kouyō.”
“Nin-un” means “Leave it to nature.”
“mu-kouyō” means “Non-Effects”.
Mu is Non and kouyō is Effects.
This Effects of Non-Effects
(The Effects of Mu-kouyō) is used to
mean: “The Effects of all phenomena,
including the ‘Movements that have
an Effects’ and the ‘Movements that
have Non-Effects.”’

In order to express the movement
of all phenomena, why is the Negative
Term “Non-Effects” used?
Answer
This is because the phenomena
and their effects that occur in
Natural World and the Universe,
have many Aspects that are unknown
to Human. Most of the Effects of
phenomena that occur in the Natural
World and the Universe are largely
dominated by the phenomena that
consider to be “Non-Effects” for
Human.
Therefore, in order to express the
overall Effects of phenomena in the
Natural World and the Universe, the
term “The Effects of Non-Effects”
is used.
In other words, ‘Non-Effects’ is the
Majestic and Gigantic Forces of the
Natural World that makes the
movement of all phenomena to work,
both “Those that are acting as well as
those that seem not to be acting.”
Leaving yourself to the Enormous
Action of such Non-Effects, and
leading problem to a solution –
That is the meaning of
“The Action of Nin-un mu-kouyō.”
It is like the Sun of Daytime erasing
the Darkness of the Night.
In the Era like the present where
Climate Change is occurring,
Meteorological phenomena as well
as Weather often occur unevenly on
a large scale, so it will be best to
balance them by such an Enormous
Forces and Actions that the Natural
World has.
Furthermore, in the International
Community, many countries now
possess Nuclear Weapons and are
trying to check each other, and
we do not know when a Crisis
Situation will arise.
Under such circumstances,
resolving the issue peacefully
utilizing the the “Effects of
Nin-un mu-kouyō” as mentioned
above, is the most Effective,
Reasonable as a means, and Best
Solution.
In addition, for instance, the
Current War in Ukraine will also
ultimately end peacefully by leaving
to such “Effects and Power of
Nin-un mu-kouyō.”
