“The Law of Life’s Transmigration”
This article summarizes what I have
talked in previous articles. I will include new
ideas and sentences here.
Question
You said that the root cause of all human
suffering is
“No Bright, Karma, and Suffering Body.”
In other words, It is San-Shō (Three
Obstacles).
(The leftmost in the table below)
You also said that they are the
consequence of the “Twelve In-Nen.”
In addition, you said that these San-Shō
are treated by Buddha’s “Three Nyō-ze”,
that is, San-in Buddha-nature,
(The three kinds of Buddha nature).
It is the following form:
No Bright is treated by
“Ryou-in Buddha-nature”.
Karma is treated by
“En-in Buddha-nature”.
Suffering Body is treated by
“Shou-in Buddha-nature”.
In particular, in your previous article,
“Explanation of ‘Ryou-in Buddha-nature“,
you said that Human Desires — here
it is No Bright — did not arise for the
first time in present life, but have
continued to arise since the distant past
lives as people repeat the cycle of Life
and Death.
→ Here
And in the long process of time from
the long past, people’s desires have
created many “Good and Evil Habits of
Desire.” Among these, the “Evil Habits”
arise from the depths of their
subconscious mind when people and
leaders today emit their desires, and
have a major influence on them.
Therefore, current wars and conflicts
are not to be easy to end soon.
Therefore, about the Habits of
‘No Bright’ (Desire)– especially Evil Habits,
we treat them using Buddha-nature,
which has existed since time immemorial
as same as ‘No Bright’.
Buddha-nature has been always existed
in people’s No Bright (Vacillating Desire)
from the distant past, so it knows about it
well empirically.
Buddha-nature is an Expert in treating
‘No Bright’.
Therefore, about ‘No Bright’, you treat it
by integrating ‘Your wisdom‘ and the
‘Buddha-nature of Ryou-in‘.
That was the content.
Question
So, what about when “En-in Buddha-
nature” treats Karma? (Table Below)
Is Karma also what had continued from
distant past lives?
What is past Karma like?
What is the difference between
“En-in Buddha-nature” and “Ryou-in
Buddha-nature”?
Answer
Karma is Action.
In the explanation on “Twelve In-Nen,”
it was explained that karma is expressed
by the words “Action” and “Existence,”
and that it meant “Strong Action.”
(Table Below)
“En-in Buddha-nature” is Buddha-nature
that arises by the “Good Deeds” that
you perform, become En (Trigger).
Therefore, the “En” of “En-in Buddha-
nature” is Action.
In the case of “Ryou-in Buddha-nature”
too, it is Buddha-nature that arises by
En (Trigger).
However, in the case of “Ryou-in Buddha-
nature,” Wisdom becomes En.
In other words, it is the Buddha-nature
that arises by “something that you
understood by your wisdom” becomes En.
This point is the difference between
“Ryou-in Buddha-nature” and “En-in
Buddha-nature.”
The difference between
Wisdom and Action
In this case, there is a fundamental
difference between Wisdom and Action.
It is a difference in Nature as well as
in Roles.
Let me explain this using an example.
(Example of an Automobile Manufacturer)
The difference between Wisdom and
Action can be explained by using the
analogy as follows.
For instance, an Automobile
Manufacturing Company has
a Design Department and
a Manufacturing Department.
In the Design Department, Wisdom is
the main driver responsible for the
work, while in the Manufacturing
Department, Action is the main driver
of the work.
In this case, no matter how great
the ideas and blueprints the Wisdom
in the Design Department has for
New Car, if the Manufacturing
Department cannot build a product,
that is, a Car, businesses cannot make
sales.
A company cannot make a profit from
the work of the Design Department
alone.
Because it is the Product after all,
that is a Car that goes out to market,
is sold, and generates profits.
In this case, the “Work of Action” is
the process of finishing an idea into
a tangible product.
The Action work of the Manufacturing
Department has many different kinds
of Difficulties than the Wisdom work
of the Design Department, and
“Action” overcomes these difficulties
and completes a new car.
*
As mentioned above, there is
a difference in the Nature or the Role
of power between “Wisdom and Action.”
This difference also applies to the
difference between the Wisdom of
“Ryou-in Buddha-nature” and the
Action of “En-in Buddha-nature.”
Cooperation between
Wisdom and Action
However, generally speaking,
“Wisdom and Action” often work together,
considering and utilizing the differences in
the nature and roles of these forces.
For example, in the Automobile Company
mentioned above, I said that the
“Design Department and Manufacturing
Department are separate.”
This is certainly true.
However, in reality, the two Departments
often share information and work together,
considering their differences.
For instance, in a car Manufacturing
Department, Wisdom is always at work behind
the scenes of the work process, and Practical
Wisdom smoothly leads Action.
Conversely, in the Design Department, designs
are often improved or new designs are
developed based on new facts and experiences
discovered in the Car Manufacturing
Department.
Feedback (1) is the term that refers to this.
(1) Feedback:
Communicating areas for improvement
and evaluating the other person’s behavior
to encourage course correction. This is
usually done in writing or verbally. However,
with the development of AI today, it is possible
for AI to quickly analyze and provide feedback
on information obtained from reviews of
products and services, social media, emails,
etc.
The “Wisdom of Ryou-in” is
the “Nyo-ze Characteristic,”
while the “Action of En-in” is
the “Nyo-ze Outer Phase”
However, now, in the title of this paper,
I am explaining the difference between
“Wisdom of Ryou-in Buddha-nature” and
“Action of En-in Buddha-nature”, so I have
given the above Analogy and shown the
difference between the two.
Also, the difference between the two is
the difference between the
“Nyo-ze Outer Phase” and “Nyo-ze
Characteristic” of “Ten Nyo-ze.”
(Table below)
“Nyo-ze Outer Phase” is the outer phase,
and things that have an outer phase
are easy to see from the outside.
For example, the difference between
Water and Fire is obvious at a glance.
Similarly, Action has an outer phase,
so it is easy to understand. Therefore,
the “Action of ‘En-in Buddha-nature'”
is “Nyo-ze Outer Phase.”
In contrast, “Nyo-ze Characteristic” is the
inside of the Mind, and is the ‘Wisdom that
emanates from the Mind,’ so it is difficult
to see from the outside.
Therefore, the “Wisdom of Ryou-in Buddha-
nature” is “Nyo-ze Characteristic.”
