I offer my heartfelt condolences on Memorial Day

Main text:
Once again this year, the United States
has arrived at “Memorial Day” of
September 11th that must never be
forgotten.
I would like to share a special
contribution to mark this tragic day.

I wish to express my heartfelt
condolences, once more, to the many
Civilians who lost their precious lives in
this tragedy, as well as to the Firefighters,
Police officers, and countless others who
perished while striving heroically to
save them.

The terrorist attacks of September 11,
2001, were an unprecedented, tragic
incident in which two commercial
passenger planes crashed into the
World Trade Center towers in New York.
The damage caused by this incident was
immense; focusing solely on the terrorist
attacks against the World Trade Center
(WTC), the total death toll was 2,763.

The breakdown of the victims includes
2,192 civilians who were at the WTC at
the time, 343 firefighters, 71 police
officers, and 147 crew members and
passengers from the hijacked airliners.
( In addition, there were numerous
other casualties, including victims of
the passenger plane that crashed into
the Pentagon and people in surrounding
buildings.)

[Omitted]

Fortunately, however, as of 2026,
No terrorist incident comparable to
the attacks of September 11, 2001,
has occurred in the time since.
This is the result of the measures
subsequently implemented by the
United States, specifically the
“significant strengthening of security
systems” and “counter-terrorism
initiatives.”
The key measures are listed below:

● Establishment of the Department
    of Homeland Security (DHS)

● Rigorous strengthening of
    cybersecurity

● Enhanced coordination between
    intelligence agencies (CIA and FBI)

In this, one can see the U.S. government’s
unwavering determination never to let
such an incident happen again in the
future. Many American citizens also
supported that resolution.
*
Furthermore, the “US-Iran War” either,
—which is having a profound impact on
both American and international society
as of 2026 present—has not resulted in
the massive casualties and catastrophic
damage inflicted upon American citizens
seen during World War I and World War II
in the 20th century.

Casualties of World War I:
Approximately 37 million

Casualties of World War II:
Approximately 70 million to 85 million

I consider this point to be extremely
important.
I am convinced that the fact that
“No major damage has occurred” has
now been achieved is fundamentally
because you have read carefully
the information about “Buddha-nature”
and the “Law of the Origin” (1) provided
through my site, considered well, and
understood well.
Through such precious “Acts of Wisdom,”
you can be in the process of merging with
the Buddha-nature of the entire
phenomenal world.
And through that merging, your lives
—as well as your society and nation—
are powerfully protected from
unnecessary Suffering and Sacrifice,
and liberated from them.

In other words, under normal
circumstances, it would not be
surprising if this war—like the
two world wars of the last century
—
escalated through a cycle of retaliatory
strikes, resulting in massive civilian
casualties.
However, by your actions, such things
have not come to pass, and a situation
has arisen in which the citizens are
protected.
This is because, through
your actions, the power of Buddha-
nature is actually manifesting and
functioning within present-day
American society.
*
That being said, we certainly cannot
afford to let our guard down.
Naturally, it is indispensable and
important to continue implementing
“Specialized Technical Defensive
measures.”
At this stage, we need to implement
both those “Specialized measures”
and “Fundamental measures” that
utilize Buddha-nature and Wisdom.

(1)The relationship between
“Buddha-nature” and “The Law
of
the Origin”
Buddha-nature is the main body of
“The Law of the Origin.” It is also
the main body of the entire
phenomenal world. When the power
of Buddha-nature appears as the
“power of the Law,” it is called
“The Law of the Origin.” In this sense,
“The Law of the Origin” is a part of
Buddha-nature.
However, Buddha-nature often

appears as an efficacy distinct from
the “power of Law.” Buddha-nature is
the existence that brings life force
and stability to all of life and life-
existence. Buddha-nature is the
source
of all life-existence. It is also
the
existence that governs the
“Arising
and Ceasing” of all phenomena.
/ However, Buddha-nature is “Sho-sei“,
while human wisdom is
“Nou-sei.”
“Sho-sei” refers to
“A passive existence
that can be
established by being
worked on
by something external.”
“Nou-sei”
refers to “An active existence
that
can establish by working actively
on something external by itself.”
In this sense, the Buddha-nature of
“Sho-sei” can exist and can function
by receiving the Active workings of
your Mercy and Wisdom that wish

Peace and Happiness.

The life at the center of
Buddha-nature

Within Buddha-nature,
there is a life that becomes core.
In that case, the “life” of Buddha-nature
carries the following meaning:
The life here refers to the “most vital core”
or the “central function” of Buddha-nature.
Let me offer an analogy.
People often make statements like the
following:

“Semiconductor is the life of a smartphone.”
“The engine is the life of a car.”
“Teamwork is the life of a team.”

Similarly, within Buddha-nature too,
there exists a core element—a Life that
performs such a most Central Function.
This Life of Buddha-nature is called as
“Law of Nyo.”
In the “Law of Nyo,” the term “Nyo”
signifies “Situation“.
“Law” carries the law’s meaning literally.

However, this Law refers specifically to
the kind of law found in phrases like
“The laws that govern the natural world”
or “The ruling principles of the natural
world.”
In other words, it is a law that holds
Absolute Dominion over any situation—
whatever the situation may be—
that arises in the present moment.

Let me illustrate this with a concrete
example.

For instance, the terrorist attacks
occurred on September 11, 2001.
Yet, just a minute prior, they had not
yet occurred. They occurred suddenly
at 8:46 that morning.
In this way, the situation is–
New situations are constantly emerging.
Even now, new situations are arising
at every single moment.

Moreover, every situation is different.
Strictly speaking, the situation one
minute ago is completely different
from the situation one minute later.
For example, the situation “Before the
terrorist attacks occurred” is vastly
different from the situation
“After they happened.”
The difference between the two is
just one second before and one
second after. However, once that event
took place, the entire United States
underwent a fundamental transformation.

“That much of the difference” arises in
the situation where new differences keep
emerging.
Even now, new situations with that much
difference continue to arise.
That is the reality.
*
Moreover, a single situation does not
end as an event that took place only
there.
At the same time that one situation
changes, the overall state of the
surrounding society changes as well.
Also, the overall state of the natural
world, the phenomenal world, and even
cosmic phenomena change.
All of these change simultaneously.
In other words, whenever a new
situation arises, the situations of society,
that of the natural world, and that of the
cosmic phenomena all change
simultaneously.
*
To return to the subject of Buddha-
nature–
What does it mean that the life of
Buddha-nature is “The Law of Nyo“?
It means that Buddha-nature
possesses the “Law that governs each one
and every one of these situations that are
ever-changing.”
That is the meaning of “The Law of Nyo”
of Buddha-nature.

Therefore, because Buddha-nature possesses
“‘The Law of Nyo’, which holds Absolute
Dominion over the entirety of every situation”,
when our wisdom merges with Buddha-nature,
we become able to organize the entirety
of each situation from the fundamental
dimension, through Buddha-nature.

As mentioned in Note (1) above,
Buddha-nature is “Sho-sei“,
while w
isdom is “Nou-sei“.
“This action”
of Buddha-nature arises
by Your
Wisdom acting upon it.

To be continued

  1. The article does a nice job of making a broad topic feel manageable. Each section adds another piece to the discussion without making it confusing. I have also written about a connected subject on my website for anyone interested in going further.
