In response to this news, 
President Trump has immediately 
posted on Twitter that “This is very 
good news for North Korea and 
the world”. Meanwhile, the president 
also points out, 
“There is still a long way to solving 
the situation in North Korea.”
Defense Secretary Matisse also 
clarified the policy “to maintain 
strong pressure and sanctions 
to dispose of all weapons of mass 
destruction and any ballistic 
missiles including medium and long 
distances” at the Department of 
Defense.
As background factors for US 
government officials to strengthen 
such cautious theory, there was a 
historical circumstance in which 
North Korea promised “nuclear 
abandonment” many times in the 
past, but did not keep it, and 
continued its nuclear development.

Three-stage process 
of Breaking, Discarding, 
Opening

The United Nations and the United 
States as well as neighboring
countries have tried to solve 
the nuclear issue of North Korea 
for a long time, but it was only a 
history of being overturned later.
What can be said as the biggest 
factor in that matter, the fact that 
North Korea adhered to 
“wrong thought” about nuclear 
power for a long time, and it has 
caused.
What is the “wrong thought” ――
Originally the time when North 
Korea started full-fledged nuclear 
development was just after the end 
of the Korean War

issue). 
Witnessing the victims of an 
estimated 2.5 million people caused 
by the Korean War, It can be said 
that North Korea would have had 
a strong “Defense of home country.”
There was a “mistake of thought” 
at the place where connecting 
the “Defense of home country” 
to “Nuclear Development.”
However, the “original correct 
thought” is not to connect 
“Defense of home country” 
to nuclear development, but 
connecting it to Friendship with 
neighboring countries, and 
leading to efforts to realize 
international peace with other 
countries. This is the way to stop 
the war in the future, and is 
the “strongest home defense 
path.” Moreover, it becomes 
the strongest security.
Looking back on the history 
of the past ten years, North Korea 
did not make such a “Peaceful 
Transformation of Nuclear thoughts” 
at all. Therefore, even though the 
United Nations and neighboring 
countries stopped North Korea’s 
nuclear development activities 
through sanctions and treaties, 
they were later overturned. 
Even if you break only an act, 
as long as the original thought 
that produces that act lives, 
the same act will again occur 
from the root of that thought. 
In the past, “Promise of nuclear 
abandonment” has been repeated 
many times and those were 
overturned, and this historical fact 
clearly shows that fact. Therefore, 
originally, Once you broke the “act”, 
then you must also discard 
“wrong thought.”.In summary, it is 
a three-step process of 
“Breaking, Discarding, Opening.” 
“First break the wrong act or 
obsession, next discard wrong 
thought, later open up the correct 
thought.”

North Korea carried out 
a shift of thought 
in his own intention

However this time, North Korea 
seems to have done this peaceful 
transformation of thought with 
“his own intention.” Chairman Kim 
Jong-un has proposed the inter-
Korean talks earlier this year, 
and met with the Chinese master
Xi Jinping (2018.3.28), and had 
requested the US-North Korea talks. 
These can be said as proof of it. 
Also, on a background of 
the successful inter-Korean summit 
meeting at Panmunjom (April 27), 
this North Korea’s ideological 
peace transformation is there.
If North Korea truly had done a 
“Shift of their own thought,” they 
will definitely advance not only 
to discontinue some missile 
launches and nuclear tests, 
but also to a complete abolition 
and “Complete Denuclearization 
of the Korean Peninsula” in the 
future. Also, if they truly had 
done a “Shift of their own 
thought,” they are a large 
possibility to be reborn into 
a peaceful international 
nation in the future. 
At that time, the nation will 
become a country that accomplish 
much contribution to many 
problems facing the international 
society. We surrounding countries 
must properly direct them to be so.

The history of North Korea’s 
nuclear development since 
1994

October 1994
In Geneva, “A framework agreement 
between the US and North Korea” 
towards nuclear abandonment was 
exchanged, but later the fact that 
North Korea secretly continued 
its nuclear development was found 
out, and this treaty was abandoned.

2003
In August of this year, the 
“Six-Party Talks” of the 
United States, 
China, Russia, Japan,  South Korea 
and North Korea was held for the 
first time, and the “Joint Declaration 
on Denuclearization of the Korean 
Peninsula” was confirmed. However, 
shortly after the joint statement was 
announced, the US State Department 
triggered economic sanctions against 
North Korea (Financial Sanctions 
against the Chinese bank Banco Delta 
in Hong Kong).
The reason was because it turned out 
that North Korea still secretly conducts 
nuclear development.

2006
In June, North Korea launched 
long-range ballistic missile ‘Taepodong,’
and in October, it will conduct the first 
nuclear explosion experiment.

2007
In February of this year, 
the Six-Party Talks resumed, and 
a joint statement of groundbreaking 
content was announced. 
According to this statement, 
North Korea blew up its own 
“cooling tower of Graphite 
Reactor.” However, after that, the 
conflict between the US and North 
Korea deepened about the verification 
method of North Korea’s nuclear facilities.

2009
In March, a joint military exercise 
between the United States and 
South Korea was started. 
In April, North Korea fired ballistic 
missiles against it, and in May 
the second nuclear explosion 
experiment was carried out, 
and the uranium concentration 
work started. After that, North 
Korea conducted a nuclear test 
in 2013, January 2016, September 
2016, September 2017.

2017
On August 29, the North launched 
a ballistic missile “Mars 12,”, a missile 
passed over Japan’s Hokkaido, landed 
on the Pacific Ocean with an altitude 
of 550 kilometers and a level flight 
of 2,700 kilometers. On September 3, 
North Korea conducted the “Sixth Nuclear 
Test,” the largest ever in the past, and on 
September 11,  the United Nations adopted 
an “Unanimous Sanction Resolution” 
against it.  However, on November 29, 
North Korea launched a larger ballistic 
missile “Mars 15”, the missile reached 
an altitude of about 4,500 kilometers 
and flew 960 kilometers over 53 minutes.
This was concluded that if it was launched 
in ordinary or bit, it would have a range of 
13,000 km, and it could cover the entire 
US including the East Coast of the United 
States.
On December 22, the United Nations Security 
Council unanimously adopted the “additional 
sanction resolution,” which was a strict one 
to reduce the export of refined petroleum 
products to North Korea by 90%.
Thereafter, nuclear tests by North Korea and 
missile launches have not been implemented.

North Korea witnessed the estimated 2.5 million victims 
in the country and the collapse of the national land, and would 
have been dyed to “Defense of the country and Retaliation”.

for continuing nuclear development until todayeven at the

to the victims who died in the war . If you ask, they are the same

Because, if you develop nuclear weapons and become a war, 
many victims will come out again without regard to enemies 
and ally. For that victims, future generations, in the same way 
as now, will definitely have a mind of retaliation, develop nuclear 
weapons, and do nuclear warfare. And, if the victim comes out , 
for that victims, the next generation will concentrate on 
retaliation and nuclear development again and bring up 
a war —-In this way, the chain of “Nuclear Development→War→
Victim→Retaliation” will continue forever. 
Therefore, your ancestors will say ” Cut off the chain of 
misfortune now !! “

“ Stop Nuclear Development bravely right now ! ”
“ Abandon the nuclear ! ”
“ End unhappiness due to war with us ! ”
“ And tie the friendship with the neighboring countries “

Your ‘family-minded and affectionate ancestors’ surely must 
say like this. Sad tragedies and sacrifices by war are in every 
country. China, Japan, Korea, Asian countries, Western countries, 
everyone lives living with a painful feeling. And what the victims 
want is not retaliation, but peace and happiness of descendants.
If you stop Nuclear Development now, you do not have to 
make a big sacrifice to the modern world. You can also save 
the lives of countless people of 7 generations of 
the future, 10 generations of the future.

Also, it can be thought of as follows: If the treatment of “unclean
and mercy” against greed and anger is not to be effective even

teaching that “Correct logic is necessary in order to correct 
grumble” means that it is necessary to destroy the underlying 
wrong idea and view.  And then establish the correct way 
of thinking and logic.
In my last post, I told the following: North Korea issued a 
“Deep retribution heart” against the massive damage suffered 
in the Korean War. And that has become one of the fundamental 
motives of continuing to pursue nuclear development to this day. 
In this case, we can find grumble (stupid wisdom) in the process 
of connecting retribution to nuclear development. 
The “Correct logic” is that if retribution occurs, connecting it 
to friendship with neighboring countries, not to nuclear 
development, and leading it to efforts to realize peace with 
other countries. 
It is a way to stop future warfare and is a true way to reward 
victims of past war. Also, it is the greatest security.
In this way, if you break the wrong idea and prejudice which are 
underlying nuclear development, and establish the correct logic, 
you can cure the grumble. And if you can cure the grumble, 
there is a possibility that “treatment methods of Unclean and 
Mercy against greed and anger” that have been taken by the 
United Nations and neighboring countries until now, can 
demonstrate power effectively. 
When three diseases are occurring at the same time, three 
medicines are needed.
North Korea should build a powerful peaceful nation that does 
not depend on nuclear weapons and should present exemplary 
to the world. To welcome the inter-Korean talks this time.

Originally, the reason why the 
refugee problem occurred was 
that the civil war between Syrian 
government forces 
(Assad administration) and 
anti-government troops broke out. 
And with that occasion, as a radical 
organization including “IS” 
intervened, the civil war in Syria 
became more intensified. 
Syrian citizens who were banished 
by the intensification of civil 
war became refugees, and spread 
to Europe and the rest of the world 
(estimated 4 million as of 2015).
People in Europe felt a sense of 
crisis to the refugees pushing 
forward to Europe. And this became 
“one of the major factor” that brings 
populism and rise of protectionism, 
British EU withdrawal (Brexit), eventually 
“Severe political division in the United 
States”. In the future, if a peaceful 
state is established in Syria, many
Syrian refugees scattered around 
the world can return there. The 
fundamental solution to the refugee 
problem is to make their motherland 
peaceful and make it possible to return 
there. The US-Russia meeting is the 
first step for that.  Moreover, in order 
to realize it,  it is an important key 
that the citizen of the whole world 
have love and romance that “build 
peaceful and great civilized nations 
in Syria”.

A great country of beautiful civilization 
floating in the desert ――there is no 
consequence beyond building it. 
Although I may not be able to see 
it in the elderly, it is a pleasure to 
imagine in the eyelids that many 
people will live happily in such a 
country. That is the work of young 
people of the future.
